About the Tora Or Project

The Tora Or Project is a global Reiki network of Second Degree and Master Reiki Healers that have dedicated themself to co-operate with the Light Beings of Sirius, Pleiades, Archturus and the Archangelic Orders of the Eternal Mother-Father God YHVH in building, integrating, empowering and regulating the sound and light architecture of the Planetary Bioholographic Light Matrix and the Personal Bioholographic Light Matrices of Humanity on Earth in Accordance with the Eternal Mother-Father God YHVH's Plan of Regenesis and Progenesis.

Furthermore, the work of the Tora Or Project extends beyond Planet Earth and Humanity on Earth in building, integrating, empowering and regulating the sound and light architecture of All Matter, Beings, Planets, Stars, Galaxies and Universes of the Eternal Mother-Father God YHVH's Omniversal Bioholographic Light Matrix.

Together with the foresaid Light Beings, the Tora Or Project is also joined by the Aquatic Legions of the Earth's Dolphin and Whale Communities using their sonar skills to rectify the Planetary Bioholographic Light Matrix.


Originally, the work of the Tora Or Project was a solitary effort over the course of eight prior years on the part of it's founding director, Ross of the Clan MacEoghainn, an experienced Reiki Master attuned to Reiki Mastery in 1996 at the Kahuna Tower (Poliahu Heiau) of Hawaii's Kauai Island, in 1996 at Australia's Ayer's Rock (Uluru) and again in 1997 at England's Glastonbury Tor and Stonehenge. He has journeyed to the world's major power vortices sharing numerous empowerment exchanges with a variety of international Reiki Masters, Shamen and leaders of energetic healing.


Ross is a blood descendent of the Plantagenet Kings of England, the Ard Ri na Eireannach argus na Tuatha de Danaan (High Kings of the Irish and of the People of Dana) through the Lords of Otter and thereby the Kings of Spain, Gothia, Scythia and Galacia through to Japhet, the Son of Noah, and the Kings of Israel and Judah through the Daughters of Zedekiah. Ross has shared knowledge and wisdom in the company of many of the world's leading spiritual scholars; including the Supreme Lineage Heads, Khempos, Lamas and Bhikkus of the Tibetan Buddhist Gelug, Sakya, Nyingma and Kagyu Schools, the Ajarns, Phras and Bhikkus of the Thai Buddhist Theravada Schools, the Priests, Masters and Disciples of the Wudang Daoist San Feng, Longmen, Xuan Wu and Chun Yang Schools, Tribal Elders of many indigenous peoples throughout the world and a variety of leading scholars of Theoretical Physics, Quantum Physics, Bioholography, Astrophysics, Astrobiology, Geology, Geodesics, Genetics, Medicine, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Sound Engineering, Linguistics, Philosophy, Psychology, Literature, Creative Arts Production, Mythology, Anthropology, Ethnobotany, Ecology, Agriculture, Permaculture, Martial Arts, Reiki, Energetic Healing, Islam, Christianity (or rather KRS-Essenism), Hinduism, Daoism, Buddhism and Tribal Lore.


Beyond blood descendency, Ross is a High Lord of the Orders of Melchizedek, Metatron and Mikael of the Great White Lodge, and as such, a Sirian Being authorised and pre-ordained with the incarnational mission of fulfilling the Planetary Regenesis and Progenesis.


The Tora Or Project was publicly formed as a global network project to include the co-participation of the international Reiki Community at the turn of May 2002 AD and was inaugurated by the Celebration of the Birth of Gautama Buddha and concurrently the same astronomical alignment that has not occurred since the Birth of Jesus Christ (Isa the Messiah).

The Tora Or Project is directly authorized by the Most High Lords Melchizedek, Metatron and Mikael as the Human Response Team of the Eternal Mother-Father God YHVH's Plan of Planetary Regenesis and Progenesis.

Within four months of public formation, the Tora Or Project experienced the appearance the first amoung many Crop Circles directly related to it's work and confirming it's power and authority.


This Dolphin Crop Circle occurred on August 12th 2002, less than four months after 40 Reiki Masters joined to form the Tora Or Project and dedicated themself to it's purpose and process of Planetary Regenesis.

Woven by Dolphins/Whales in the form of a Yin-Yang, the inner sphere of Planet Earth is surrounded by three rings symbolising Sirius, Pleiades and Archturus.

The Tora Or Project is a network of Reiki Healers (symbolized as an Asian Energy system by the Yin-Yang) aided by the Aquatic Legions of the Dolphin and Whale Species (symbolized by the Dolphins swimming around) working to integrate the bioholographic matrix of Planet Earth (symbolised by the inner sphere) with that of Sirius, Pleiades and Archturus (symbolized by the three surrounding rings).

On August 15th 2002, the annual birthday celebration of Mikao Usui (the Founder of Usui Reiki Teate), another crop circle appeared showing an ET holding a coded diskette in his hand in the same manner that the Tora Or Project works with the Light Beings of Sirius, Pleiades and Archturus to effectuate the Planetary Regenesis through Reiki Teate (Palm Healing) directed to planetary and omniversal targets specified on a coded diskette.

Crop circle confirmations and other confirmatory anamolies of the power, authority and efficacy of the Tora Or Project appear regularly, most especially during Major Pleiadian Portal and Solar System Event Days.

For example, exactly four years later on August 15th 2006, the annual birthday celebration of Mikao Usui (the Founder of Usui Reiki Teate), another crop circle appeared depicting symbology relating to the Omniversal Light Matrix shortly after the TOP File had been updated to include a database of over 25 million stars of the known universe.

There are now well over 8000 Usui Reiki Channels joined as Members of the Tora Or Project with over 200 regional agencies worldwide and, as you know, the power of Reiki combined is exponential.
