Perennial Mind Kontrol

The following post is not intended to be derogatory of German people or promotional of tobacco usage; rather it is intended to evidence the progressive establishment of the Neo-Nazi Fourth Reich under the Jesuit Bavarian Illuminati in the European Union and internationally and fostered by the House of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha (House of Windsor).

The fact of the matter is that the German people during World War II were victims of pre-MK Ultra neurochemical and psychological mind control techniques that are increasingly being reinstituted in the European Union and internationally.

The majority of today's German people are deeply ashamed of the Nazi Reich as are the majority of Japanese deeply ashamed of their manipulation by the Jesuit's Bavarian Illuminati into the Nazi Reich agenda.

So too are a large percentage of Americans, British and Australians ashamed of their governments betrayal and deceit in their complicitcy with the Bavarian Illuminati.

That being the case, let us be outright in refusing to allow their reign of intentional theo-political agitation to world warfare and enslavery under their aimed Satanic Neo-Nazi NWO Reich to overcome the peoples of the world.

With regards to the information relating to tobacco usage, please note that there is a vast difference between the natural sacred use of organic tobacco carefully mixed with other complimentry organic herbs such as Sage implemented by Native American Indian's (for example the Hopi Tobacco Clan) versus the inorganic tobacco commercially produced for mass consumption with addictive, neurostimulative enhancing, carcinogenic chemical additives and chlorine bleached paper containing dioxins that is obviously hazardous to health. Whilst largely banning cigarette smoking nationally, the Nazi Reichstag and it's associated commercial industries then and later to this day promoted production and sale in foreign countries and peoples.

It is intended to evidence how the combined banning of neurostimulating tobacco usage together with and mass micro-dosing of the psycho-pharmaceutically neurosedative fluoride (Sodium Fluoride) were formerly part of the Nazi MK Ultra system of population mind control and suppression of independent higher reasoning complimented by irrational theo-nationalist propagranda is being repeated again with the increasing perversion of international politics, religion, commerce and industry by the Jesuit Bavarian Illuminati in preparation for the unleashing of the planned dominance of the Neo-Nazi Fourth Reich New World Order to drive the world into global warfare and subsequent demoralised and debilitated enslavery under the Nephilim.

Experimentation of fluoride usage as a chemical means of suppressing resistance to oppression and higher reasoning was conducted upon the Jews imprisoned in Auschwitz Slave Labour Camp at the I.G.Farben Pharmaceutical Laboratory (with Prescott Bush proftting $1.5 million USD in the 1940's therefrom that subsequently was deposited into a trust fund that financed the political careers of both George Bush I and II) and later implemented by Russia, America, Britain and America against their populations.

Nor for that matter ought it be interpretted that my quoting of articles penned by Sorcha Faal are intended to promote any Russian political agenda. Albeit Russia is well historically experienced in the deceptive means of the Nazi Reich, at particular periods in both Imperial and Communist Russia it has been protective of the Jesuits and complicit with the Bavarian Illuminati Agenda. I do not share Sorcha Faal's faith in Vladimir Putin or Russia and feel they are as much a part of the Bavarian Illuminati stage show as America, the UK and Australia.

Nationalism is a diseased idealogy that ought be empirically avoided and so too globalism.

It was a very pleasant day I spent with Sister Adalgisa last week in Dortmund (Germany), made more so by the discoveries she had made in the achieves of the Institut für Zeitungsforschung (Institute for Newspaper Research), and where so much of her efforts have been spent this past year.

The thesis of Sister Adalgisa’s research was that the rise of Fascism in Nazi Germany can rightfully be compared to the equally horrific rise of Fascism in present day America through the use of mass social reengineering and mass medication; both made possible by tobacco, one of the most sacred herbs in the World, and fluoride, the most destructive man made chemical ever discovered.

Though not realized by many people, the lethal dance between tobacco and fluoride has done more to define the past Century of Western culture more than the events of these times, or the forces that controlled them, so let’s take a quick look at what these two things actually are:

Tobacco:

“Native Americans used tobacco before Europeans arrived in North & South America, and early European settlers in North & South America learned to smoke and brought the practice back to Europe, where it became hugely popular. At extremely high doses, tobacco becomes hallucinogenic; accordingly, Native Americans generally did not use the drug recreationally. Rather, it was often consumed in extraordinarily high quantities and used as an entheogen; among some tribes, this was done only by experienced shamans or medicine men. Eastern North American tribes would use tobacco only on sacred or ceremonial occasions, as to seal a bargain, and would smoke it at such occasions in all stages of life, even in childhood, without ever suffering from addiction. It was believed that the exhaled tobacco smoke was capable of carrying one's thoughts to heaven.”

Fluoride:

"In 1995, neurotoxicologist and former Director of toxicology at Forsyth Dental Center in Boston, Dr. Phyllis Mullenix published research showing that fluoride built up in the brains of animals when exposed to moderate levels. Damage to the brain occured and the behavior patterns of the animals was adversely effected. Offspring of pregnant animals receiving relatively low doses of fluoride showed permanent effects to the brain which were seen as hyperactivity (ADD-like symptoms). Young animals and adult animals given fluoride experienced the opposite effect -- hypoactivity or sluggishness. The toxic effects of fluoride on the central nervous system was subsequently confirmed by previously-classified government research. Two new epidemiological studies which tend to confirm fluoride's neurotoxic effects on the brain have shown that children exposed to higher levels of fluoride had lower IQs."

Not just upon the short excerpts I’ve contained here on tobacco and fluoride, but also on the massive volumes of research available on both of them in scientific literature and research, a visitor to our times from the far distant future would be hard pressed to explain why the peoples of the West embraced fluoride and shunned tobacco.

But, Sister Adalgisa’s research shows why this is so in all its horrifying, and demonic, detail by showing how the Nazi Germans became the first Nation in the World to first introduce fluoride into their drinking water supplies quickly followed by a mass propaganda campaign to eliminate the use of tobacco among its citizens.

The fluoride used by the Nazis in their water supplies was provided to them by the American aluminum giant Alcoa (fluoride is waste product of aluminum manufacturing) with the technology to use fluoride being provided by the American Dow Chemical Company.

The Alcoa lawyer, Oscar Ewing, who facilitated the fluoride agreements with Nazi Germany later became the head of the United States Public Health Service which in 1948 began the introduction of fluoride into the water supplies of the United States.

Quickly following the Nazis introduction of fluoride into their water, Dr. Leonard Conti, the Reich Health Führer, established the Bureau against the Dangers of Alcohol and Tobacco, and of their actions we can read:

"As well as research on smoking there was much antismoking health promotion in Nazi Germany. The Hitler Youth and the League of German Girls disseminated antismoking propaganda, and in 1939 Hermann Göring issued a decree forbidding the military from smoking on the streets and during marches or brief off-duty periods.

In 1942 the Federation of German Women launched a campaign against tobacco and alcohol misuse. Such campaigns were backed by legislation, and smoking was banned for both pupils and teachers in many schools.

From July 1943, tobacco use was outlawed in public places for anyone aged less than 18 years. It was considered criminal negligence if drivers were involved in crashes while smoking.

In 1944, smoking was banned on trains and buses in cities. It was also prohibited in many workplaces, public buildings, hospitals, and rest homes. The advertising of smoking products was strictly controlled, and there was discussion on whether people with smoking related illnesses should receive medical care equal to that of patients with illnesses not seen to be self inflicted."

I must state now that the evidence linking the smoking of cigarettes to cancer is beyond dispute, but not for the reasons you have been led to believe. The cause of cancer in smokers is not from the tobacco, but rather it is because of the ingestion of dioxins contained in the chlorine-bleached cigarette paper, and which numerous scientific studies have confirmed.

But, to tobacco alone, and its extraordinary benefits to the human brain, the research continues to show its many unique abilities:

"Conductors in the brain that to passively transport information from one brain cell to another can actually boost or dampen the signal, a new study suggests.

The results, found in mice, could explain how nicotine in cigarettes enhances mental sharpness in humans, a phenomenon documented in several past studies.

"We don't intend to say cigarettes are good by any stretch of the imagination," said study team member Raju Metherate, a neurobiologist at the University of California, Irvine. "But one reason [that] people probably like cigarettes is because it probably enhances their thinking ability."

“Enhances thinking ability”, think about that phrase about tobacco for a second and compare it with the phrase about fluoride, "Fluoride build up in the brain alters behavior patterns.", and then look, really look, at the World you live where the truth is a lie, and the lie is the truth.

Now, and it goes without saying, that my letter here to you is not a scientific report and should not be treated as one. I have, however, put into this report more than enough information for anyone to be able to more than verify the substance of facts I’ve outlined, if they have the time and the need to know the greater truth.

But, and most importantly, what you’ve just read on Sister Adalgisa’s research is something that without us putting it here you’d never know about. The reason for this is simple, your government and your media corporations do not want you to ever know the truth, to them you are nothing more than an ignorant consumer more suited to dumbed down news, and certainly, not ever, complex truth.

Unfortunately though, the very truth you need in order to survive these times is the same truth that is continually being kept from you. And without true information you cease to become free minded and instead become just one more of the growing numbers of human beings lulled to sleep and content to live in a World of lies, instead of the Light of Truth.

The European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the European Union rather than German, which was the other possibility.

As part of the negotiations, the British Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5- year phase-in plan that would become known as "Euro-English".

In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy.

The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f". This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter.

In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.

Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling.

Also, al wil agre that the horibl mes of the silent "e" in the languag is disgrasful and it should go away.

By the 4th yer people wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" with "z" and "w" with "v".

Here We Go

Just about the first government issued legitimate charge of terrorism since the Nurembourg Trials.

Gee, all we need to do now is file and process the same legitimate charges of social and/or ecological terrorism to varying degrees against nearly every Family Member of the extended House of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, House of Rothschild, House of Hesse-Kassel, House of Rockefeller, Barrack Obama and nearly every Political Leader and Political Party leadership, nearly every Military Intelligence Agency Leadership, nearly every Military Leadership, nearly every Mafia Leadership, nearly every Masonic Leadership, the Pope & nearly every Jesuit & Jesuit Affiliated Roman Catholic Order, nearly every Dentist, nearly every Pharmaceutical Company, nearly every Media Company, nearly every Finance Company, nearly every Industrial Company, nearly every Mining, Oil & Gas Company, nearly every Agricultural Chemicals & GM Company, nearly every Automobile Manufacturing Company, nearly every Charity majorly funded by any of the forementioned and running covert operations for the forementioned, and nearly every company, business and person on the planet.

A Wake Up Call

We are living in a plutocratic oligarchic society. There are a small group of wealthy eugenicists who own our political parties, our media, our industry, our military, our economy and our education system.

They put fluoride in our drinking water and tell us brush with fluoride toothpaste twice a day to lower our I.Q.’s and our fertility. They vaccinate us with syringes full of mercury, squalene and polysorbate to cause brain inflammation and auto-immune diseases which destroy our natural immune system, thereby making us more susceptible to chronic disease. They spray bromide ions and aluminium dioxide into the atmosphere to lower our I.Q.’s, sterilise us, and give us cancer. They feed us genetically modified food, interfering with our D.N.A. and reducing the gene pool of the plants and animals we humans need to survive. They sweeten our drinks with aspartame, an industrial waste product, which lowers I.Q. and interferes with brain function. They flood our streets with harmful drugs which reduce brain function and induce dependency, amongst a myriad of other health issues.

They indoctrinate our children between 6 and 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, 40 weeks a year, for up to 15 years. They own and run all major television, radio and internet communication networks. They tell us what to think about and how to think about it. They tell us the world is over populated, that earth cannot sustain 6.5 billion people. In fact, there is enough room on the land of this planet for every man, woman and child to have 175m by 175m of land each. We accept the lie of overpopulation because of the rat-maze, prison-like cities which they have created and we find ourselves in. They tell us global warming is caused by carbon dioxide, when in reality carbon dioxide levels increase after a period of warming has begun, due to the abundance of life which flourishes in warm environments. Carbon dioxide is what humans breathe out and plants breathe in. Most life forms on this planet are carbon based and produce or require carbon dioxide in their respiration. They use the excuse of global warming to increase our taxes and demonise our fellow human beings. In fact, the entire solar system is going through a period of warming. Your carbon footprint is not responsible for the melting of the ice-caps of Mars and the frozen seas of Europa. Global warming is an excuse to reduce population and raise taxes. They own, fund and operate abortion clinics.

They are the largest contributors to all major political parties, set their policies and thereby control our government. They pass thousands of laws each year without congressional or parliamentary debate. They frame political discussion in a false left-right paradigm, thereby dividing the people so as to never allow the people to resist them. The political parties do not represent us, but instead represent an ideology put forward by their funders and their funder’s eugenicist researchers, such as Obama’s Science Czar John P. Holdren. They have set up supra-national governmental institutions, such as the United Nations and European Union, to erode our national sovereignty and distance the individual from the political decision making process.

They conduct foreign wars of aggression. These wars are murder in the name of corporate greed. They control the oil fields of Iraq and the poppy fields of Afghanistan. They conduct staged terror attacks and invent phantom enemies to frighten the public into accepting appalling losses of liberty in the name of national security. Al-Qaeda, in Arabic ‘The Database’, was a list of C.I.A.-Mujahedeen agents who thwarted the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in the 1980’s. Osama bin Laden was on the C.I.A. payroll until, at least, 1999. They use the phantoms to force us to accept that our every action is tracked, traced and scanned, that privacy no longer exists, that you have to present your papers on a daily basis, even to purchase cigarettes and alcohol. All in the name of national security, and the health of our children.

Perhaps most pervasive of all, and the reason for their continued wealth, is their control of the money supply by use of public-private banking partnerships such as the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve. These institutions are run purely for the benefit of their investors. They print at least 10 times more money than they have in their reserves. They lend this money, which is printed out of thin air, to governments and other banks, at interest, on the security of that government’s people and the people’s taxes. This is why national debt exists; to fund the wealthy elite. They have created a debt black-hole from which we cannot escape. This system has led to, and will further lead to the debasement, robbery and rape of our domestic populations. On a supra-national level, private off-shore banks, such as the I.M.F. and World Bank, impose their will upon poor countries which are in need of financial investment. These off-shore banks openly control the governments of the countries which are indebted to them.

It is this controlled system of wealth which is in control of our lives. For this is the truth of our existence; we are slaves. We are money-slaves, debt-slaves and mind-slaves. We cannot escape this system until we recognise it for what it is; a plutocratic oligarchic slave system. And we cannot escape this system until we do something about it.

This is my hope; that each recognise his bonds and rends them asunder, so that each may live their lives with the freedom of the earth, and with love, hope and charity in their hearts.

Freedom is Strength, Ignorance is Slavery, War is Unneccessary.

This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.

The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous.

Part 2: Lest We Forget the Mutton-Ears of Bligh's Ultra Nazi Bioterroist MK Bounty

Use of Sodium Fluoride for Population Behavior Control It is a matter of record that sodium fluoride has been used for behavior control of populations. In an "Address in Reply to the Governor's Speech to Parliament" , Mr. Harley Rivers Dickinson, Liberal Party Member of the Victorian Parliament for South Barwon, Australia made a statement on the historical use of fluorides for behavior control.

Mr. Dickinson reveals that, "At the end of the Second World War, the United States Government sent Charles Elliot Perkins, a research worker in chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology, to take charge of the vast Farben chemical plants in Germany. While there, he was told by German chemists of a scheme which had been worked out by them during the war and adopted by the German General Staff. This scheme was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water. In this scheme, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent place. Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluoride will in time reduce an individual's power to resist domination by slowly poisoning and narcotising a certain area of the brain, and will thus make him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him. Both the Germans and the Russians added fluoride to the drinking water of prisoners of war to make them stupid and docile."

It is interesting that Dr. George Estabrooks, an advisor to the United States Government on hypnotism and psychological behavior control, later became chairman of the Department of Psychology at Colgate University. Internationally, Colgate was and remains today the most ardent producer and advocate for fluoridated toothpaste.

The use of chemicals by the government to modify behavior of select population groups is not new. During the first two World Wars, bromides were administered to service men to dim the libido in an attempt to inhibit forrays into local bordellos. Today, in Australia, the military fluoridates the drinking water of the soldiers, ostensibly to protect the teeth. However, since the mythical ability of fluorides "to prevent tooth decay" only exists for those under the age of 12, it is certain that the real purpose is less altruistic.

In volume one of Matrix III, we discussed the role of Alcoa Aluminum in the production of fluoride, the role of Alcoa lawyer Oscar Ewing, who eventually gained control of what was to become the United States Public Health Service, his promotion of fluoridation and the use of advertising and false propaganda in an attempt to sell water fluoridation to an unsuspecting public. Interestingly, it turns out that Alcoa transferred its sodium fluoride production technology to Germany in 1939 under the Alted Agreement, and Dow Chemical Company transmitted its experience and technology to Germany during the same period. So, we have the U.S. transmitting technology to Germany before the war that allows Germany to experiment on select elements of the European population, and then after the war Nazi scientists and the results of experiments are brought back to the United States under Operation Paperclip. Curious, isn't it?

A little research turned up the fact that I.G. Farben developed organophosphate nerve agents, Zyklon B cyanide-based extermination gas used on the Jews during the war, and many other interesting substances. I.G. Farben, financially supported by the United States, was the first to develop and process heroin and cocaine. They also developed fluorinated nerve gases Sarin and Soman. Farben had many interconnections with companies in the United States and Britain. Consult the illustrative chart in this book.

In a letter abstracted from Fluoridation and Lawlessness, published by the Committee for Mental Health and National Security (with obvious implications) from the aforementioned Charles Perkins, U.S. appointed post-war head of I.G. Farben, to the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, October 2, 1954, we read the following:

"We are told by the fanatical ideologists who are advocating the fluoridation of the water supplies in this country that their purpose is to reduce the incidence of tooth decay in children, and it is the plausibility of this excuse, plus the gullibility of the public and the cupidity of public officials that is responsible for the present spread of artificial water fluoridation in this country. However - and I want to make this very definite and positive - the real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit children's teeth. If this were the real reason, there are many ways in which it could be done which are much easier, cheaper and far more effective. The real puspose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to domination, control and loss of liberty."

Furthermore, "When the Nazis decided to go into Poland, the German General Staff and the Russian General Staff exchanged scientific and military ideas, plans and personnel. The scheme of mass control through water medication was seized upon by the Russian Communists because it fitted ideally into their plans to Communize the world. I say this in all earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spent nearly 20 years research into the chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology of fluorides. Any person who drinks artificially fluoridated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person, mentally or physically."

When Major General Racey Jordan was in charge of the massive lend-lease airlift operations from Great Falls, Montana to Russia, via Alaska, he queried the transshipment of considerable amounts of sodium fluoride. He was told frankly that it was to put into the drinking water of the prisoner of war camps to take away their will to resist.

It is also interesting that former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, who has a background in academic chemistry, initiated a program involving astronomical expenditures of UK revenue on a fluoridation campaign in Northern Ireland.


America sent rat poison to Stalin's Siberian prisoners, via Lend-Lease: Russia's use of sodium fluoride during World War II was entered into the Congressional Record in the early 1950's.

USAF Major George R. Jordan testified before Un-American Activity committees of Congress that he had been stationed in Great Falls, Montana during the war as a U.S.-Soviet liaison officer. Major Jordan stated that one of his tasks had been to procure "vast quantities" of sodium fluoride for shipment to Siberia via numerous Lend-Lease airplanes which we were sending to Russia from Montana, via Canada and Alaska. (7,926 airplanes were sent to Russia via this route.) Major Jordan testified that the Russians openly admitted to "... using the fluoride in the water supplies in their concentration camps, to make the prisoners stupid, docile, and subservient."

Of related interest, regarding "follow the money": In his book, From Major Jordan's Diaries (Doubleday & Co, 1952), Racey Jordan also gives dates and shipment numbers of our generous Lend-Lease program's many shipments of secret U.S. documents and ATOMIC MATERIALS, including a whopping 1,200 POUNDS OF URANIUM in 1943, to Stalin via the Lend-Lease airplanes and ships which we freely gave to Russia. It should have been no surprise to the Americans when the Russians detonated their first atomic bomb test in 1947, but relatively few Americans knew of our generous donation of nuclear information and raw materials to the Soviets as early as 1943, thanks to Harry Hopkins who headed the Lend-Lease Program and who had an office in Roosevelt's White House. July 23, 1994: The Austin Texas American Statesman ran an article describing how Istanbul, Turkey police had recently seized 22 pounds of uranium, believed to have been smuggled from a former Soviet republic. The estimated value of those 22 pounds of uranium was $825 million. Given the above value, what was the estimated value of the 1,200 pounds of uranium that our Lend-Lease program freely gave to Stalin in 1943? History tells us that this treasonous act was a major long-term cause of the tremendously expensive but highly profitable cold war that was instrumental in driving up our astronomical national debt.

Quoting a State Department report dated June 1944, given by our USSR Ambassador Averell Harriman, "Stalin paid tribute to the assistance rendered by the United States to Soviet industry before and during the war. He said that about two-thirds of all large industrial enterprise in the Soviet Union had been built with United States help or technical assistance." (Follow the money.)

1952: The Delaney Committee 82nd Congress Hearings on Fluoride revealed that there was no actual scientific basis for the fluoridation of water supplies in the prevention of tooth decay. The recommendation of the Committee was that more research be done, before proceeding with this national mass medication. (This recommendation was totally ignored.)

1953: In a joint speech, U.S. Surgeon-General Scheele and Health, Education & Welfare Undersecretary Nelson (follow the money) Rockefeller announced hopeful plans to put more medicine than just fluoride into the U.S. water supplies: "Dr. Scheele, in discussing mass-application methods for preventing non-infectious diseases, said a case in point was fluoridation of water supplies to reduce tooth decay. Nearly 800 cities throughout the country have adopted the technique during the past 10 years, he said. Such a community-wide attack on "far more serious diseases than dental decay" probably will be forthcoming after laboratory tests have paved the way, he predicted." (Paterson Evening News, 11/6/53)

1950's comment by Edward L. Bernays, nephew of Sigmund Freud and PR man for the fluoridation project under Oscar Ewing: "... the most direct way to reach the mind of the HERD is through the leaders. ... Public Health Officers cannot afford the professional modesty professed by physicians.

A redefinition of ethics is necessary.... and the subject matter of the propaganda need not necessarily be true." (Book: Crystallizing Public Opinion, by E. L. Bernays.)

June 1965 quote from ALFRED TAYLOR, Ph.D in a scientific letter appearing in the Oct. 2, 1965 issue of Saturday Review:

" ... My contact with fluoridation came about as a result of cancer research. In one project, various chemicals were added to the drinking water of mice susceptible to cancer in order to check the responsibility that some chemicals might delay the onset of the disease or prevent it altogether. Among the chemicals used in this research was sodium fluoride. In the first two preliminary tests, the results obtained indicated that mice drinking fluoridated water tended to develop cancer at an earlier age as compared with control animals maintained on fluoride-free water. These earlier tests were followed by further investigations so that altogether, twelve experiments involving 645 mice were used in this research. The data indicated that drinking water with as little as 1 ppm shortened the life span of mice an average of nine per cent. This was true whether death was due to cancer or non-cancerous diseases. The only notice proponents of fluoridation gave to this work was to discredit it as much as possible. ... In experiments where the drug was added directly to suspensions of cancer tissue before inoculation into eggs or mice, sodium fluoride stimulated the growth of cancer tissue in concentrations of one part in more than 20 million.

Scientists at Cambridge University (British Medical Journal, Oct 26, 1963) discovered that concentrations of sodium fluoride as low as one part in ten million inhibited the growth of a culture of human tissue. ... the growing weight of scientific evidence that water-borne fluorides, even at 1 ppm, have toxic possibilities must finally be recognized." Dr. Taylor later stated, "The terrifying conclusion of the studies was that fluorine greatly induced a cancer tumor growth. Prominent researcher apologizes for pushing fluoride

"Why'd you do it, Doc? Why'd you toss the fluoride folks overboard?"

I had just tracked down Dr. Hardy Limeback, B.Sc., Ph.D., in Biochemistry, D.D.S., head of the Department of Preventive Dentistry for the University of Toronto, and president of the Canadian Association for Dental Research.

Dr. Limeback is Canada's leading fluoride authority and, until recently, the country's primary promoter of the controversial additive.

In a surprising newsmaker interview this past April, Dr. Limeback announced a dramatic change of heart. "Children under three should never use fluoridated toothpaste," he counseled. "Or drink fluoridated water. And baby formula must never be made up using Toronto tap water. Never."

Why, I wondered? What could have caused such a powerful paradigm shift?

"It's been building up for a couple of years," Limeback told me during a recent telephone interview. "But certainly the crowning blow was the realization that we have been dumping contaminated fluoride into water reservoirs for half a century. The vast majority of all fluoride additives come from Tampa Bay, Florida, smokestack scrubbers. The additives are a toxic byproduct of the super-phosphate fertilizer industry."

"Tragically," he continued, "that means we're not just dumping toxic fluoride into our drinking water. We're also exposing innocent, unsuspecting people to deadly elements of lead, arsenic and radium, all of them carcinogenic. Because of the cumulative properties of toxins, the detrimental effects on human health are catastrophic."

A recent study at the University of Toronto confirmed Dr. Limeback's worst fears. "Residents of cities that fluoridate have double the fluoride in their hip bones vis-a-vis the balance of the population. Worse, we discovered that fluoride is actually altering the basic architecture of human bones."

Skeletal fluorosis is a debilitating condition that occurs when fluoride accumulates in bones, making them extremely weak and brittle. The earliest symptoms?

"Mottled and brittle teeth," Dr. Limeback told me. "In Canada we are now spending more money treating dental fluorosis than we do treating cavities. That includes my own practice."

One of the most obvious living experiments today, Dr. Limeback believes, is a proof-positive comparison between any two Canadian cities. "Here in Toronto we've been fluoridating for 36 years. Yet Vancouver - which has never fluoridated - has a cavity rate lower than Toronto's." And, he pointed out, cavity rates are low all across the industrialized world including Europe, which is 98% fluoride free. Low because of improved standards of living, less refined sugar, regular dental checkups, flossing and frequent brushing. Now less than 2 cavities per child Canada-wide, he said. "I don't get it, Doc. Last month, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) ran a puff piece all across America saying the stuff was better than sliced bread.

What's the story?" "Unfortunately," he replied, "the CDC is basing its position on data that is 50 years old, and questionable at best. Absolutely no one has done research on fluorosilicates, which is the junk they're dumping into the drinking water."

"On the other hand," he added, "the evidence against systemic fluoride in-take continues to pour in."

"But Doc, the dentists."

"I have absolutely no training in toxicity," he stated firmly. "Your well-intentioned dentist is simply following 50 years of misinformation from public health and the dental association. Me, too. Unfortunately, we were wrong."

Last week, Dr. Hardy Limeback addressed his faculty and students at the University of Toronto, Department of Dentistry. In a poignant, memorable meetng, he apologized to those gathered before him.

"Speaking as the head of preventive dentistry, I told them that I had unintentionally mislead my colleagues and my students. For the past 15 years, I had refused to study the toxicology information that is readily available to anyone. Poisoning our children was the furthest thing from my mind."

"The truth," he confessed to me, "was a bitter pill to swallow. But swallow it I did."

South of the border, the paradigm shift has yet to dawn. After half a century of delusion, the CDC, American Dental Association and Public Health stubbornly and skillfully continue to manipulate public opinion in favor of fluoridation.

Meantime, study after study is delivering the death knell of the deadly toxin. Sure, fuoridation will be around for a long time yet, but ultimately its supporters need to ready the life rafts. The poisonous waters of doubt and confusion are bound to get choppier.

"Are lawsuits inevitable?" I asked the good doctor. "Remember tobacco," was his short, succinct reply. Welcome, Dr. Hardy Limeback, to the far side of the fluoride equation. It's lonely over here, but in our society loneliness and truth frequently travel hand in hand. Thank you for the undeniable courage of your convictions.

The anniversary of the worst recorded industrial air pollution accident in US history - which occurred 50 years ago this October in Donora, Pennsylvania -will go virtually unmarked. The Donora incident, which killed 20 and left hundreds seriously injured and dying, was caused by fluoride emissions from the Donora Zinc Works and steel plants owned by the US Steel Corporation.

In the aftermath of the accident, US Steel conspired with US Public Health Service (PHS) officials to cover up the role fluoride played in the tragedy. This charge comes from Philip Sadtler, a top industrial chemical consultant who conducted his own research at the scene of the disaster.

Fifty years later, Earth Island Journal has learned, vital records of the Donora investigation are missing from PHS archives. Fifty years later, US Steel continues to block access to their records of the Donora disaster, including a crucial air chemical analysis taken on the final night of the tragedy.

The "Donora Death Fog"

Horror visited the US Steel company-town of Donora on Halloween night, 1948, when a temperature inversion descended on the town. Fumes from US Steel's smelting plants blanketed the town for four days, and crept murderously into the citizens' homes. If the smog had lasted another evening "the casualty list would have been 1,000 instead of 20," said local doctor William Rongaus at the time. Later investigations by Rongaus and others indicated that one-third of the town's 14,000 residents were affected by the smog. Hundreds of residents were evacuated or hospitalized. A decade later, Donora's mortality rate remained significantly higher than neighboring areas.

The "Donora Death Fog", as it became known, spawned numerous angry lawsuits and the first calls for national legislation to protect the public from industrial air pollution.

A PHS report released in 1949 reported that "no single substance" was responsible for the Donora deaths and laid major blame for the tragedy on the temperature inversion. But according to industry consultant Philip Sadtler, in an interview taped shortly before his 1996 death, that report was a whitewash. "It was murder," said Sadtler about Donora. "The directors of US Steel should have gone to jail for killing people." Sadtler charged that the PHS report helped US Steel escape liability for the deaths and spared a host of fluoride- emitting industries the expense of having to control their toxic emissions. (A class-action lawsuit by Donora victims families was later settled out of court.)
In 1948, Sadtler was perhaps the nation's leading expert on fluorine pollution. He had gathered evidence for plaintiffs across the country, including an investigation of the Manhattan Project and the DuPont company's fluoride pollution of New Jersey farmland during World War II [see "Fluoride and the A-Bomb", 1997-98 EIJ].

For giant fluoride emitters such as US Steel and the Aluminum Company of America (Alcoa), the cost of a national fluoride clean-up "would certainly have been in the billions," said Sadtler. So concealing the true cause of the Donora accident was vital. "It would have complicated things enormously for them if the public had been alerted to [the dangers of] fluoride."

A 50-Year Cover-up

US industry was well-placed to orchestrate a whitewash of the Donora investigation. The PHS was then a part of the Federal Security Agency. The FSA, in turn, was headed by Oscar R. Ewing, a former top lawyer for Alcoa. Neither his old industry connections, nor the fact that Alcoa had been facing lawsuits around the country for its wartime airborne fluoride pollution was mentioned in Ewing's introduction to the official report on Donora.

Sadtler remembers seeing a PHS van in Donora conducting air testing after the disaster. "I looked in and the chemist said, 'Phil, come on in.' Very friendly. He says, 'I know you are right, but I am not allowed to say so.' He must have been influenced by US Steel."

Sadtler blamed fluoride for the Donora disaster in an account published in the December 13, 1948 issue of Chemical and Engineering News. He reported fluorine blood levels of dead and hospitalized citizens to be 12 to 25 times above normal, with "primary symptoms of acute fluorine poisoning, dyspnea (distressed breathing similar to asthma) ... found in hundreds of cases." He recommended that, "Changes should be made in suspect processes to prevent emission of fluorine-containing fumes."

Industry moved quickly to silence Sadtler, who had been a contributor to Chemical and Engineering News for many years. (C&EN is published by the American Chemical Society.) "I had a call from the editor that I was not to send them any more [articles]," Sadtler said. The editor told Sadtler that the head of the Alcoa and the US Steel-funded Mellon Institute, Dr. [first name] Weidline (who also had served as a director of the American Chemical Society) "went to Washington and told [the magazine's editors] that they were not to publish any more of what I wrote," Sadtler said.

Looking Back on Donora

Today, 50 years later, researchers examining the Donora disaster face two troubling obstacle: (1) vital records are missing from the PHS archives and (2) US Steel's records are closed to reporters, researchers and investigators. In her 1994 doctoral dissertation ("The Death-Dealing Smog Over Donora, Pennsylvania: Industrial Air Pollution, Public Health Policy and the Politics of Expertise, 1948-1949"), Lynne Page Snyder of the University of Pennsylvania, described the response to the disaster.

The following excerpts were published in the Spring 1994 issue of the Environmental History Review.

"Pollution from the Donora Zinc Works smelting operation and other sources containing sulfur, carbon monoxide and heavy metal dusts, was trapped by weather conditions in the narrow river valley in and around Donora and neighboring Webster.

"Air pollution problems were recognized from the facility as early as 1918, when the plant owner paid off the legal claims for causing pollution that affected the health of nearby residents.

"In the 1920s, residents and farmers in Webster took legal action again against the company for loss of crops and livestock. Regular sampling of the air was begun in 1926 and stopped in 1935."

From local accounts of the time, Snyder provided this description of the 1948 disaster. "By Friday evening (October 2), local residents were crowding into nearby hospitals and dozens of calls were made to the area's eight physicians. While Fire Department volunteers administered oxygen to those unable to breathe, Board of Health member Dr. William Rongaus led an ambulance by foot through darkened streets to ferry the dead and dying to hospitals or on to a temporary morgue.

"On Rongaus' advice, those with chronic heart or respiratory ailments began to leave town late Friday evening, but before noon on Saturday, 11 people died. "Conditions had not improved by Saturday night, and with roads congested by smog and traffic, evacuation became impossible. The company operating the Donora Zinc Works finally ordered the plant shut down at 6 a.m. Sunday morning. By mid-day Sunday, rain had dispersed the smog.

"Pittsburgh itself escaped the episode primarily because it had just begun to enforce a smoke control ordinance and was cutting back on the use of bituminous coal as a fuel source. The Donora Smog gained national attention when Walter Winchell broadcast news of the disaster on his national radio show.

"The Pennsylvania Department of Health, United Steelworkers, Donora's Borough Council and the US Public Health Service all participated in the investigation of the air pollution incident. The investigation was the first time there was an organized effort to document the health impacts of air pollution in the United States. Commenting on the studies of the incident, the Monessen Daily Independent wrote that damage from air pollution from the Zinc Works was 'something no scientific investigation is necessary to prove. All you need is a pair of reasonably good eyes.'

"Before the Donora smog, neither manufacturers nor public health professionals considered air pollution an urgent issue. At the annual meeting of the Smoke Prevention Association in May 1949, a leading industrial physician and consultant to insurance companies dismissed air pollution as a threat, except 'on rare occasions [when] Mother Nature has played us false.''

"The studies of the Donora Smog did not fix blame and could not document levels of pollution beyond workplace limits set at the time. The Public Health Service recommended a warning system tied to weather forecasts and an air sampling system be installed to avoid future incidents. The lessons learned at Donora resulted in the passage of the 1955 Clean Air Act and began modern air pollution control efforts in the Commonwealth.

Snyder learned that US Steel had conducted an air analysis on the final night of the smog. But despite her numerous requests for the Donora records, Snyder recalls, US Steel officials finally informed her that they didn't "have anything for me." Equally frustrating to Snyder was the missing PHS records. At the time, Donora was the largest environmental investigation the government agency ever had mounted. "The kinds of papers I would expect to find are the correspondence files, the original and carbon copies of responses sent out, typed-up site visits, typed-up telephone conversations, maps, rough drafts of reports, photos," Snyder explained. But all these records have vanished.

"You have to suspect the worst. Not only of US Steel, but of the Public Health Service," Snyder says. Now herself a PHS historian, she concludes of the Donora records, "Someone may have decided they were too hot to handle and got rid of them. I'm open to that prospect."

Fluoride and the Mohawks

Cows crawled around the pasture on their bellies, inching along like giant snails. So crippled by bone disease they could not stand up, this was the only way they could graze. Some died kneeling, after giving birth to stunted calves. Others kept on crawling until, no longer able to chew because their teeth had crumbled down to the nerves, they began to starve.

These were the cattle of the Mohawk Indians on the New York-Canadian St. Regis Reservation during the period 1960-75, when fluoride pollution from neighboring aluminum plants devastated the herd and the Mohawks' way of life. Crops and trees withered, birds and bees fled from this remnant of land the Mohawk still call Akwesasne, "the land where the partridge drums."

Today, nets cast into the St. Lawrence River by Mohawk fishers bring up ulcerated fish with spinal deformities. Mohawk children, too, have shown signs of damage to bones and teeth.

In 1980, the Mohawks filed a $150 million lawsuit for damage to themselves and their property against the companies responsible for the pollution: the Reynolds Metals Co. and the Aluminum Co. of America. But five years of legal costs bankrupted the tribe and they settled for $650,000 in damages to their cows. The court left the door open for a future Mohawk suit for damage to their own health. After all, commented human rights lawyer Robert Pritchard:

"What judge wants to go down in history as being the judge who approved the annihilation of the Indians by fluoride emissions?"

The lessons learned at Donora resulted in the passage of the 1955 Clean Air Act America's worst air pollution disaster may have been caused by fluoride emissions: 50 years later, vital records are still missing.

A computer analysis of the data from the largest dental survey ever done - of nearly 40,000 school children - by the National Institutes of Dental Research revealed no correlation between tooth decay and fluoridation. In fact, many of the non-fluoridated cities had better tooth decay rates than fluoridated cities. The city with the lowest rate of tooth decay was not fluoridated. Of the three with the highest rate of decay, two were partially fluoridated.

The Missouri State Bureau of Dental Health "had conducted a survey of more than 6,500 lifelong resident second- and sixth-grade children in various parts of Missouri and found that overall.. 'there were no significant differences between children drinking optimally fluoridated water and children drinking suboptimally fluoridated water."

INFANT MORTALITY RATES ARE HIGHEST IN FLUORIDATED CITIES

Figures released by the National Centre for Health Statistics reveal that infant mortality is a big problem in the United States. This data shows that the ten cities with the worst rate of infant mortality have all been artificially fluoridated at least 17 years or longer!

After the first full year of fluoridation Kansas city, Missouri's infant mortality increased 13%.

Japan, with no fluoridation, has the lowest infant mortality rate in the industrialised world, and the longest life expectancy.

Despite damning evidence on fluoride toxicity, bureaucracies and multinationals continue to pollute our drinking water and mess with our physical and mental health.

Part 1

This story has a beginning, it has a middle but it has no ending. The 'ending' will undoubtedly be written in countless hospital records, on tiny gravestones, in the bones of the crippled and on the hearts of the bereaved. Even so, the true cause of the 'ending' will never be advertised. One record that slipped past the establishment net is duplicated herein but, believe it or not, the existence of this 'death certificate' has been denied, in writing and to overseas scientific inquiry, by Australian administrators.

What follows is but a fractional part of the 'middle' of a story that began before the turn of the century and which was provoked by a statement contained in an 'Address in Reply to the Government's Speech to Parliament", as recorded in Victorian Hansard of 12 August 1987, by Mr Harley Rivers Dickinson, Liberal Party Member of the Victorian Parliament for South Barwon.

Hence the title.

The relevant Hansard abstract is reproduced herewith. It is emphasised that the writer imputes Mr Dickinson with no other responsibility for the contents of this thesis than being the parliamentary 'trigger' which motivated it and the researched data which it contains.

"At the end of the Second World War, the United States Government sent Charles Eliot Perkins, a research worker in chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology, to take charge of the vast Farben chemical plants in Germany.

"While there he was told by the German chemists of a scheme which had been worked out by them during the war and adopted by the German General Staff.

"This was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water. In this scheme, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent place.

"Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluoride will in time reduce an individual's power to resist domination by slowly poisoning and narcotising a certain area of the brain and will thus make him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him.

"Both the Germans and the Russians added sodium fluoride to the drinking water of prisoners of war to make them stupid and docile."

In a book written by Dr. Hans Mollenburgh of Haarlem, Holland, called Fluoride - The Freedom Fight, the author describes the ultimately successful endeavours to free the Dutch people from water fluoridation. (Those endeavours included the only properly conducted double-blind study ever done anywhere in the world into the effects of tap water fluoridated at one part of fluoride to 1,000,000 parts of water (1p.p.m.)

One brief passage is headed "Perkins", and a reproduction of that section gives sufficient confirmation, by a remote and independent source, of the "Dickinson Statement" as printed in Hansard, to reinforce the need for additional investigation into this one 'behaviour control' aspect of the fluoride debate and relate it to 1987. (The entire "Perkins" paragraph is reproduced below.)

Elsewhere in this book, Dr Mollenburgh also relate how that first "Perkins" anecdote was confirmed in differing ways and from the reliable independent sources.

"Perkins"

"When 1971 was drawing to a close, I received a paper containing a strange story. This story was to haunt us repeatedly throughout the long, drawn-out battle. It was a story resembling science fiction - bizarre and unbelievable. There are those who warned me not to even mention this story, and I can appreciate why. On the other hand, the task of an historian is not to relate things as they should have happened, but as they actually did happen.

"..The Perkins saga was different from other fluoride stories.

"The story of industries hoodwinking the public into buying a pollutant as a medicine id simply 'whodunit'. Grotesque though it may sound, it is no more than 'the consumer fraud of this polluted century' (as described in Fluoridation and Truth Decay by Gladys Caldwell). But the story I now read was different: it gave one the cold shivers. It told of a chemical engineer, Mr. Perkins, who related how immediately after the Second World War he was one of the Americans put into the well-known I.G. Farben Company in Germany. There he discovered that I.G. Farben had developed plans during the war to fluoridate the occupied countries, because it had been found that fluoridation caused slight damage to a specific part of the brain. This damage had a very particular effect. It made it more difficult for the person affected to defend his freedom. he became more docile towards authority.

"Scientists in the camps of both opponents and proponents of fluoride have always dismissed this story as mere poppycock, but it had a life of its own and reared its head time and again. It fed the suspicions of many people that 'there was more to fluoridation than meets the eye'.

"As far as I know, there is no one who has done any serious research into whether the fluoridated person is really more docile, easier to rule, more impressed by authority than the non-fluoridated ones. There is, though, one peculiar thing: every Dutch doctor has a medical reference book for 1984. one of the chapters is entitled "Tranquillisers". Looking at the 'minor tranquillisers' I find twenty-four substances: their chemical formulae do not show any connection with fluoride.

However, there is also a heading, "major tranquillisers". Of those there are twenty-seven, and seven of them are a fluoride compound. One of theses is Semap. It is one of the strongest anti-psychotic substances we know. This means that twenty-five per cent of the major tranquillisers are connected with fluoride. i do not draw any conclusions. the only thing one can say at this point is, with Alice: "curiouser and curiouser!"

Induced Apathy

Actually there is little that is novel in the concept of controlling the minds and manners of the multitude by chemical/dietary means. That is was practised by Hitler's regime is made the more credible when we know that as far back as 1938 the US Government, an ally to boot, and the government of a democratic Christian country, was considering the transformation of American citizens and others into 'zombies' by a number of proposed techniques. The US Army searched for 'the perfect incapacitating agent', according to General Fellenz, "to put in the enemy's water supply". Included in the drugs tested were the hallucinogenic LSD and the amnesiac BZ (10 times more potent than LSD), and a 'schizophrenic agent called bulbocapine".

The "Rockefeller Report" to the United States President on CIA activities said: "The drug program was part of a much larger CIA program to study possible means of controlling human behaviour".

One drug which received special attention in the 'fifties and early sixties, under the cryptonym of MK-ULTRA, was suxamethonium chloride (listed under a number of product names including Anectine), a halogenated anti-cholinergic agent with all the symptomatic side-effects up to and including cardiac arrest ascribed to these agents in the medical literature.

Please retain the term 'anti-cholinergic' in mind, for owing to the health implications attendant on this particular anti-metabolic activity, it figures repeatedly in this thesis.

Note: An adviser to the US Government on hypnotism or psychological behaviour control, Dr. George Estabrooks, later became Chairman, Department of Psychology, Colgate University. Internationally, Colgate was and remains the most ardent producer and advocate for the fluoridation of a domestic product - fluoridated toothpaste.

Now, should the reader's mind be already boggled to the point of disbelief, there are two facts which, if known about and/or remembered, may instil sufficient confidence in that which is even more 'boggling' and is yet to come.

Bromine (or Bromide) tea was administered to the enlisted men during the First and Second World Wars.

The halogen (bromine) ingredient was said to quell the libido of the men and thus limit likely forays into the 'dens of iniquity' and the acquisition of venereal disease.

The second fact is that, today, all Australian military establishments provide their own halogenated (fluoridated) water for the troops resident therein, for the official reason that the element is good for the developing teeth.

Either we have a very immature military force, all under that age of twelve years when the mythical effect of fluoride ceases to exist, or else there is another more obscure, less altruistic reason for this drug 'treatment' of the troops.

Later on in this text we will recall certain happenings relative to ex-trainees from these establishments and the paradoxical effects of fluorides on behaviour of the human being.

The Cartel

The Parliamentary "Dickinson Statement" refers to the "vast Farben chemical plants in Germany."

It has been said by Anthony C. Sutton in his book, Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler: "Without the capital supplies by Wall Street, there would have been no I.G. Farben in the first place, and almost certainly no Adolph Hitler and World War II."

Interssen Gemeinschaft Farben (Interssen Gemeinschaft der Deuschen Teerfarbenindustrie or, simply, I.G. Farben) was a German chemical manufacturing concern that supplied the chlorine gas used by Germany during the First World War, but the eventual creation of the huge I.G. Farben cartel began in 1924 when American bankers began to arrange foreign loans in what Professor Carroll Quigley terms "the Dawes Plan, largely a J.P. Morgan production."

In 1928 Henry Ford merged his German assets with I..Farben, to be followed by the American Standard Oil Company (the Rockefellers) who, in concert with I.G. Farben developed the coal-to-oil hydrogenation process.

In a letter to Roosevelt from Berlin in the early thirties, the US Ambassador in Germany, William Dodd, said:

"At the present moment, more than a hundred American corporations have subsidiaries here or co-operative understandings.

"The Duponts have their allies in Germany that are aiding in the armament business. Their chief ally is the I.G. Farben Company, a part of the government which gives 200,000 marks a year to one propaganda organisation operating on American opinion.

"Standard Oil Company... sent US$2,000,000 here in December 1993 and has made US$500,000 a year helping Germans make ersatz (a substitute) gas (the hydrogenation process of converting coal to gasoline) for war purposes: but Standard Oil cannot take any of its earnings out of the country except in goods.

"The International Harvester Company president told me their business here rose 33% a year (arms manufacture I believe) but they could take nothing out.

"Even out airplanes people have secret arrangements with Krupps.

"General Motors Company and Ford do enormous business here through their subsidiaries and take no profits out."

The I.G. Farben assets in America were controlled by a holding company, American I.G .Farben, which listed on its Board of Directors: Edsel Ford, President of the Ford Motor Company; Chas.E. Mitchell, President of Rockefeller's National City Bank of New York; Walter Teagle, President of Standard Oil of New York; Paul Warburg, Chairman of the Federal Reserve and brother of Max Warburg, financier of Germany's war effort (both Max and Paul Warburg having been employed by the House of Rothchild to finance the Russian Bolshevik Revolution); and Herman Metz, a director of the Bank of Manhattan, controlled by the Warburgs.

It is a very interesting fact of history that three other members of the Board of American I.G. Farben were tried and convicted as German 'war criminals' for their 'crimes against humanity' during World War II, while serving on the I.G. Farben Board of Governors. None of the Americans who sat on the same board as those convicted was ever tried as a 'war criminal'.

Throughout the entire Second World War conflict, not one bomb fell on the I.G. Farben headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, allegedly as a consequence of Allied orders.

In 1938, I.G. Farben borrowed 500 tons of tetra-ethyl lead, the gasoline additive, from Standard Oil.

During 1939, the year Germany invaded Austria and Poland, the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey loaned I.G. Farben US$20,000,000 worth of high-grade gasoline.

In 1939 the American Aluminium Company (Alcoa), then probably the world's largest producer of sodium fluoride, transferred its technology to Germany (the Alted Agreement). The Dow Chemical Company transmitted its experience and technology in that same period.

Germany's two largest tank manufacturers were Opal, a subsidiary of General Motors (J.P. Morgan), and the German subsidiary of the Ford Motor Company.

Even with the purchase of oil from non-German sources, the major supplier of oil was still the Farben cartel. The I.G. Farben-Standard Oil co-operation for the production of synthetic oil gave the I.G. Farben cartel a monopoly on German gasoline production. Just under one half of the Germans' high-octane gasoline in 1945 was produced directly by I.G. Farben, and most of the balance by its affiliated companies.

So in 1941 when cylinders of Zyklon B, the deadly cyanide-based extermination gas made by I.G. Farben, were lethally unvalved on inmates of Auschwitz Bitterfeld, Walfen, Hoescht, Agfa, Ludwigshafen and Buchenwald, there were more than substantial links between huge American technology and German manufacturers.

Two questions must be asked here: (a) Was I.G. Farben associated with the formulation of Sarin and/or Soman, the German-developed fluorinated nerve gases that made Zyklon B little more than an underarm deodorant by comparison?; and (b) What of I.G. Farben today?

The answer to (a) is an unequivocal yes! As for (b), I.G. Farben signed cartel agreements with such companies as Imperial Chemical Industries(ICI), Borden, Carnation, General Mills, M.W. Kellogg Co., Nestle and Pet Milk, and I.G. Farben either owns outright, has had a substantial interest in or has had other cartel agreements with Owl Drug, Parke-Davis and Co., Bayer and Co., Whitehall Laboratories, Chef-Boy-Ar-Dee Foods, Bristol Meyers and Squibb and Sons. the list goes on and on and on and includes Proctor and Gamble who 'domesticated' the word "fluoride" with official encouragement in 1958, being the originators of the infamous "Crest" fluoridated toothpaste campaign.

The only reference to "Farben" traceable in a limited search of modern literature was in the 25th Edition of Martindale, under" FBA Pharmaceutical Limited: Products of Farbenfabriken Bayer."

All corporate traces of the huge I.G cartel have been absorbed by the hundreds, if not thousands, of one-time cartel members, but the 'malady lingers on'...

Foundations

In Australia, the Dental Health and Research Foundation which has such names as Colgate, Kellogg and other ex-I.G. Farben associates listed among its governors and contributors had been irreverently but accurately dubbed "the fluoride mafia".

Closely allied with this Sydney University 'foundation' in its printed promotional claims for fluorides and fluoridation, is Foundation 41. Unfortunately, the data of the 'thorough investigations' said to have been carried out by the latter 'foundation' into the halogen fluoride, its benefits and its hazards, have never been made available despite numerous appeals. An ABC science show's examination of the scientific integrity of Foundation 41 may explain the elusive (or is the word illusory?) data.

America is literally bursting at the seams with such foundations, but amongst the earlier names were the Rockefeller Foundation, The Carnegie Foundation and the Ford Foundation. it is necessary to mention these specifically because they were the first foundations to make grants in the population (control) field, and the Carnegie family merged with the Mellon family Institute to create Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh in 1967.

The Mellon family were the founders of the original Mellon Institute whence came the "amazing (but totally fallacious) sodium fluoride/dental caries prevention discovery" - the discovery that literally turned 'garbage into gold'. The Mellon family also founded the American Aluminium Company (Alcoa), the largest producer of the waste toxin, sodium fluoride, which up to this point of 'caries discovery' had a relatively little known commercial or industrial value, was an environmental hazard of great public concern, and was very costly in terms of safe disposal.

So we retrace our steps to the "Dickinson Statement" in Hansard and Chas Eliot Perkins.

In a letter abstracted from Fluoridation and Lawlessness (published by the Committee for Mental Health and National Security) to the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on 2nd October 1954, a Charles Eliot Perkins, scientist and author of Washington DC, and one must assume, that same Charles Eliot Perkins of the "Dickinson Statement" to the Victorian Parliament, said this (and the words of the last two lines of the second paragraph cannot be overemphasised):

"We are told by the fanatical ideologists who are advocating the fluoridation of the water supplies in this country that their purpose is to reduce the incidence of tooth decay in children, and it is the plausibility of this excuse, plus the gullibility of the public and the cupidity of public officials that is responsible for the present spread of artificial water fluoridation in this country.

"However - and I want to make this very definite and positive - the real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit children's teeth. If this were the real reason, there are many ways in which it could be done which are much easier, cheaper and far more effective. The real purpose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to domination and control and loss of liberty...

"When the Nazis, under Hitler, decided to go into Poland... the German General Staff and the Russian General Staff exchanged scientific and military ideas, plans and personnel and the scheme of mass control through water medication was seized upon by the Russian Communists because it fitted ideally into their plan to Communize the world...

"I say this in all earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spent nearly 20 years research into the chemistry, bio-chemistry, physiology and pathology of fluorine: any person who drinks artificially fluorinated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person, mentally or physically."

Mr. Perkins does not involve America, American institutions or individuals in his assertions, but when Major George Racey Jordan was in charge of the massive 'lend-lease airlift' operations from Great Falls, Montana, to Russia via Alaska, he queried the transshipment of considerable amounts of sodium fluoride via Fairbanks, Alaska, to Russia. He was told 'frankly' that it was to put into the drinking water in the prisoner-of-war camps to take away their will to resist.

The published knowledge that sodium fluoride was known for this mind- and behaviour-changing potential was available at the start of this century, as witness such entries as "Fluoricum Acidum" (Encyclopedia of Pure 'Materia Medica', vol. ix, p.333).

America has long been interested in behaviour and mind control by chemical means. Americans who were at once financiers, industrialists and population-control advocates were intimately involved with Germany where chemical extermination and chemical behaviour control by, inter alia, sodium fluoride, were placed into practice. America transferred this knowledge and material, inter alia, to Russia during its 'lend-lease' co-operation. An American major producer of aluminium was the world's major source of sodium fluoride. American 'education and research' funded by (a) the major sodium fluoride producer, and (b) a 'foundation' involved in population control, was the origin of 'the dental caries prevention myth' associated with sodium fluoride.

A predominantly American company was the first to exploit this concept in dentifrice production, and American 'medical research' figured largely in the 'fluorination' processes that converted the negative embarrassment of mounting industrial waste to huge positive profit increase - processes that other countries hastened to emulate: processes which include the enormous outlet for fluorides in the fluoridation of water supplies.

Although fertiliser production has not been a part of this thesis, the following 'connections' with this point should be made. The manufacturing processes for synthetic dyes, explosives and fertiliser are almost chemically synonymous, and I.G. Farben was expert in all production phases of these 'necessities'. Sodium silico-fluoride was a waste constituent from the refining of phosphate rock, until a 'use' could be found or created for the waste.

A letter (reproduced below) for the United States Environmental Protection Agency throws the spotlight on the unique 'waste disposal via the public kidney' concept that was created.

Thank you for your letter of March 9, 1983, in regard to the fluoridation of drinking water.

The information available to the Environmental Protection Agency is that fluoridation is a safe and effective means for reducing the occurrence of dental caries. The fluoridation process has been endorsed by several Presidents of the United States and by several Surgeons General, including the current Surgeon General,Dr. C. Everett Koop. A copy of Dr. Koop's statement on fluoridation is enclosed.

Water treatment chemicals, including fluorosilic acid, have been evaluated for their potential for contributing to the contamination of drinking water. The Water Treatment Chemicals Codex, published by the National Academy of Sciences, prescribes the purity requirements for fluorosilic acid and other fluoridation chemicals.

In regard to the use of fluorosilic acid as a source of fluoride for fluoridation, this Agency regards such use as an ideal environmental solution to a long-standing problem. By recovering by-product fluorosilic acid from fertiliser manufacturing, water and air pollution are minimized, and water utilities have a low-cost source of fluoride available to them. I hope this information adequately responds to your concern.

So What?

The question raised by the Hansard "Dickinson Statement", and perhaps aggravated by this dissertation and data, is this: Was the Australian Government, in 1962-3 when it illegally (Australian Constitution, Section 51 [xxiiiA]) introduced "fluoridation of water supplies" to Australia, aware of its grotesque actions and of the grave results? The 'shonky' method of introduction, plus legal and official correspondence at that time, indicates in the affirmative.

Was the Crisp Royal Commission, when it 'found' in favour of fluoridation, and, incidentally, in favour of the major polluter and producer of fluoride in Tasmania (Electrolytic Zinc Corp., Risdon, Hobart), aware of the consequences of any such favourable findings? Conditions than and since mingle with some incredible documented coincidences, and unbelievable but documented official behaviour, including that of premiers and health ministers, and the paucity of current State parliamentary investigations into fluorine-based environmental problems, to convince the most sceptical that it was.

Was the Victorian Premier (Sir Rupert Hamer, who was later to publicly declare the dictatorial credo, "It was always tempting to override the people and impose a new order"), aware of these background facts when he instituted indemnified water fluoridation legislation and a subsequent fraudulently conceived and executed cover-up 'inquiry'? (Ballarat Courier, 6 October 1982) Irrespective of the obvious familial supplier advantages, it seems certain that he was so aware. Widespread publicity regarding subsequent alleged complex land company fraud transactions would seemingly underwrite the existence of the necessary character attributes to perform as implied.

Are the lies, denials, fabrications and evasions evident in Geelong with two fluoride pollution sources (aluminium smelting and fertiliser production), and Portland with ditto sources, no more than 'job protection' and 'rate protection' scares as is claimed, or is there a deeper, wider federal or international instructional background behind the unmonitored pollution, with the health detriment therefrom and the 'secrecy legislation' invoked for the Victorian aluminium industry?

[Was] Mrs Thatcher's astronomical expenditure of United Kingdom's revenue on a fluoridation campaign in Northern Ireland a matronly concern for the youngsters' teeth, or perhaps an attempt to sedate the people and render them subservient to her autocratic dictates? Remember this. Mrs Thatcher has a background of academic chemistry and would be far from ignorant of the tranquillising effects of the halogens and their halides.

Similarly, her legal and political shenanigans (that is the only word to describe her behaviour) in the England fluoridation scene offer many avenues for questioning of her motives.

Are the lies, fabrications, omissions, evasions and official hysteria in the federal government and bureaucracy at the very mention of fluorides, fluoride pollution or water fluoridation, also common to the state governments and bureaucracies, and repeatedly backed up by the most lunatic science (as witness, the ministerially approved and internationally derided propaganda from the National Health and Medical research Council), royal and vice-regal intransigence, a frightening exhibition of this grim foreknowledge, all of which has abundant documentary support, or simply no more than a dastardly coincidence?

Part 2
A Multinational Can of Worms

The link between Colgate and 'mind control' was mentioned earlier. That company's reputation with fluoride as a toothpaste ingredient is a promotional legend, particularly in Kenya where a ban on the TV advertising of fluoridated toothpaste produced some extraordinary pecuniary persuasion from Colgate in attempts to preserve the status quo for the company's benefit.

When official fluoridation corruption was exposed in New Zealand, a 'scientific study' was hurriedly executed to try to justify the original government/industry claims and repair the damage done to the fluoride empire. The accreditation appended to that study is reproduced here, with emphasis added:

"ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS"

"We are grateful to the Director and staff of the Division of Dental Health, Department of Health, for the administrative and logistic support in the Auckland area. In particular we wish to mention Supervising Dental Nurses R. Patchett and K. Hyde, and assistant V. Earlier, the name Kellogg was tied into the I.G. Farben corporate machinations. The words below are reproduced from the cover of a recent World Health Organisation (WHO) publication advocating fluoridation/fluorides, Appropriate Use of Fluorides for Human Health (underlining added): "Published under the joint sponsorship of the International Dental Federation, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and the World Health Organisation."

The intertwining, overlapping, interlocking co-incidence between erstwhile I.G. Farben companies and the continuing degradation of human health, our ecology and environment in exchange for the corporate dollar is virtually endless. But simply, as one example, the Nestle Company, once accused of selling nutritionally barren milk formula to third-world babies, has recently been found guilty of marketing "Pure Apple Juice" which was anything but "pure" and had never been anywhere near an apple.

The Nestle Company has been nominated by the Ecologist as one of several multinational companies involved in the destruction of "the lungs of the Earth", the Brazilian rainforests.

It Really Gets In!

The following pages make slight transition from historically recorded fact and logic to indisputable fact, biochemical fact and medical literature fact.

The pharmaceutical nomenclature and biochemical data involve fluorine/fluorides, with or without other ingredients, in virtually every phase of mind and behaviour control from mild sedation through 'controlled' unconsciousness to death.

'Side-effects' of all drugs have in common the 'paradoxical' characteristic of having an effect, on some individuals, exactly opposite of that which was the intentional effect, converting, for example, a tranquilliser into a potent stimulant, and thus the consumer from a 'pussy cat' into a slavering maniac.

Think back to the dosing of service personnel who are trained to hunt, maim and kill their fellow man while under the influence of this or other forms of chemical behaviour-control, and consider the possible reaction of such 'trainees' when discharged into the mainstream of society.

Are any of the terrorist activities around the globe, including otherwise inexplicable recent happenings in Australia, the grim result of such biochemical paradox?

Fluoridated Propellants and Refrigerants - Fluoridated Hole in the Ozone Layer

Halogenated hydrocarbons (sometimes called fluorocarbons or, when the name of the weapon must be changed to protect the guilty, just CFCs) are too numerous to list, being over 150 in number. In 'asthma' sprays, the warning exists in all product literature (available only to the doctor, not to the patient): "Excessive use of such inhalers or abuse of any aerosol propellant may result in toxic effects on the heart, and deaths have been reported." (Remember to term "anti-cholinergic".)

Another stark warning from "restricted distribution" literature: "Abuse. Of 110 deaths associated with the 'sniffing of solvents' between 1962 and 1969, fifty-nine were related to the use of fluorinated aerosol propellants."

The most frequently used fluorides under this heading (with their identifying numbers in parentheses) are:

1 - Trichlorofluoromethane (11)

2 - Dichlorodifluoromethane (12)

3 - Chorotrifluoromethane (13)

4 - tetrafluoromethane (14)

5 - dichlorofluoromethane (21)

6 - Chlorodifluoromethane (22)

11 - Difluoroethane (152a).

The side-effects of exposure to these fluorides, ranging from the 'more common' to the 'rarely reported' are as follows:

cardiac toxicity (heart injury), respiratory depression (or breathing difficulties), bradycardia (or slowed pulse rate), convulsions (or central nervous system effects), psychomotor aberrations (or brain dysfunction), transient sedation (or heart and lung effects), ataxia (or brain problems), irritation of the upper respiratory tract, rise/fall in blood pressure, apnoea (or impaired lung function damage), tachycardia (or increased pulse rate), broncho-constriction (or asthma), palpitations (or irregular heart beat), narcosis (or brain 'drugging' again), and death.

All of the above 'side-effects' are associated with either the acute or the chronic symptoms of "anti-cholinergic" toxicity.

And there is that word 'anti-cholinergic' again.

With a sufficient amount of these fluorocarbons (CFCs) being used (in the aerosol form alone) to threaten the world's atmospheric and climate conditions through deterioration of the ozone layer, it is not remarkable that this volume represents an environmentally hazardous anti-cholinergic (or anti-metabolic, ganglion-blocking) agent for all humanity.

Discharges from certain industrial processes carry substantial amounts of gaseous fluoride. In particular, hydrogen fluoride, when washed from the atmosphere by rain, forms a solution of hydrofluoric acid (0.7 ppm in Mojave Desert rainfall and 0.3 ppm in Siberian snows), so these anti-cholinergic discharges offer an additional threat by contributing to the fluoridated hole in the ozone layer.

One must assume it is owing to the enormous economic impact of this decaying ozone on the casual industries that sources of culprit industrial discharges have not featured in the current spate of international scientific concern nor in the records of the world's atmospheric/climatic monitors.

As an example of administratively approved industrial output, the first stage of the Portland (Victoria, Australia) smelter was issued with a pollution licence to discharge to the environment 70 tonnes per year of fluoride in gaseous and particulate forms. It is possible that this amount had been greatly exceeded because no monitoring of the discharges has thus far been executed.

Within a short 12 months after starting of smelting operations, an unknown but allegedly high number of pot-room workers at the smelter acquired 'pot-room asthma' - a convenient euphemism for anti-cholinergic damage.

Fluorinated Pharmaceuticals - Fluoridated Income Generation

In an effort to increase the bio-availability of the remedial ingredient or ingredients, many pharmaceutical products are halogenated. There are still many chlorinated and a few brominated products designed as nostrums for human disease states. Of recent years, the catalogue of fluoridated pharmaceuticals has doubled and redoubled until any representative listing would be beyond the scope of this paper.

The proclaimed intention of the pharmacist in fluorinating a product is to enhance still further its metabolic activity and therefore its alleged remedial qualities. For example, fludrocortisone acetate has glucocoricoid actions about 15 times as potent as hydrocortisone (unfluorinated), and mineralocorticoid effects more than 100 times as potent.

But, in potentiating the remedial effect, the undesirable side-effects are also worsened and the 'therapeutic' industry gets an income from two sources: from treating the original disease condition and, subsequently, from repairing the iatrogenic effects of the initial drug treatment.

Literature quote: "Muscular weakness is an occasional side-effect of most corticosteroids (hormones).. most evident with (1) fludrocortisone and (2) triamcinilone (both fluorinated hormones). It has been suggested that this effect is more pronounced when a fluorine atom is present in the 9th position."

A useful example here is fluorinated toothpaste which has the long-term effect not of improving dental health but, by chronic anti-metabolic processes, of severely destroying it. Thus every Australian city with or without fluoridated water supplies has as much as doubled the number of registered dentists since the advent of fluorinated toothpaste, fluorinated gels and fluorinated rinses.

Or take the more extreme example of little Jason Burton who had non-prescription fluorinated dental decay-prevention tablets (sodium fluoride) provided for him by loving parents who were in total ignorance of their fluoride toxic hazard. Jason ingested a lethal dose of these tablets and died. We only know about Jason because the doctor recognised accurately and conscientiously registered the cause of his death. The existence of the death certificate has actually been denied by pro-fluoride Australian 'scientists' in reply to queries from overseas scientists.

It should be clear from the foregoing and what follows that human disease conditions, ranging from 'pot-room asthma' through the various perilous stages of anti-cholinergic response to expiration, can be accidentally or deliberately induced by an interminable list of fluoride pollution and fluorinated compounds which include a fluorinated environment, fluorinated atmosphere and a fluorinated drinking water supply.

It may be difficult for the 'man in the street' to believe that a substance with so many industrial, commercial and medical 'applications' could be derived from or structured around a scientifically recognised toxic waste product. This thesis should illustrate that the chemical, pharmaceutical, commercial and political worlds are well aware of the deadly potential of this halogen and intend to exploit that potential to everlasting human detriment.

Fluorinated Tranquillisers - Fluoridated Acquiescence, Lethargy, Apathy, Stupidity.

There are two basic forms of halogenated tranquilliser: major and minor. The minor tranquillisers are halogenated with either chlorine or bromine. The major tranquillisers, albeit of variable potency, are those numerically listed hereunder and are all fluorinated. All are anti-cholinergic agents with intentional effects on central nervous systems allied with cardiac and respiratory depression. Valium (Diazepam) was the "tranquilliser most involved" in road accident victims, according to a study carried out by Sydney University (Prof. Graham Starmer, Quantum, 26 April 1988).

An obvious question:

What aggravated effect would the increased potency of the fluorinated variety (Rohypnol) have on the road fatalities?

Rohypnol and Valium are proprietary names of Roche products. Roche was a Swiss member of the I.G. Farben cartel and is probably more infamous for the terrible Stanley Adams family tragedy accurately immortalised in the film, A Song For Europe.

The ABC TV program, 7.30 Report (12 May 1988), told how the Western Australian penal system routinely administered both Serapax and Rohypnol (synergistic drugs) to prisoners to "make them into little robots most of the time" - including, it was alleged, throughout pregnancy.

This is a total of 21 fluorinated tranquillising compounds plus an additional 58 brand-name major tranquillisers using a fluoride as an ingredient. Undoubtedly many others have been added to this list since the reference work was published in June 1977.

Relevant Footnotes:

Florida International University (Rotton, Tikovsky and Feldman) showed that: "..minute amounts (0.45ppm) of sodium fluoride solution...impair visual sensorimotor performance" with a consequent slowing down in mental and physical reaction times (sedative or tranquillising effect)(JAP vol.67:2). This finding is of relevance when driving or operating machinery, if of no other consequence. Nevertheless, attempts over a number of years to draw the attention of those authorities allegedly
concerned with driver/industrial safety, have been met only with silence or obstruction.

Early in 1987, Swedish researchers linked tranquillisers to birth defects, nominating (in Lancet) the drug benzodiazepine (Diazapam or Valium) as a particular culprit.)

Fluorinated Anaesthetics - Fluoridated Unconsciousness (The penultimate in mind and behaviour control)

As with fluorinated tranquillisers, there are a number of anaesthetics halogenated with chlorine and bromine. The 'popular' modern anaesthetics are those listed here, which are all fluorinated. Once again, all are anti-cholinergic agents with intentional, designed effects on central human nervous systems, accompanied by cardiac and respiratory depression.

Note: There are scientific studies which demonstrate that the progeny of anaesthetists have a higher rate of birth defect than does the general community. A significant statistic in the established perinatal (SIDS) mortality/fluorine connection.

Some of the hazardous side-effects given in the medical literature for fluorinated anaesthetics are difficult to separate from those effects intended to induce a hopefully controllable unconscious state. For example, under "toxic effects" are listed "respiratory depression", "depressant action on the cardiovascular system", "Bradycardia and profound hypotension (or slowing pulse and drop in blood pressure),"hepatic dysfunction" (or liver damage), "Halothane blocks the transmission of nerve impulses through ganglia" (or central nervous system inhibition), and "cardiac arrest" (or death).

In other words, all of the anti-cholinergic effects variously intended or variously inherent are induced by the fluorinated propellants, fluorinated pharmaceuticals and/or fluorinated tranquillisers and fluorinated exterminators.

So far, these "data" pages illustrate how fluorine and fluoridation have been sold, packaged and/or prescribed for both public and professional credibility on 'health' grounds. The final page deals with the same halogen as it really is, really was and always will be, and as it is employed in those products listed. It is one of the deadliest, multi-functional and insidious poisons known to mankind.

It is significant, in the context of deliberate government mind-control and physical/chemical intervention, to note that in Australia the hazardous fluorinated anti-metabolic agents and anti-cholinergic agents enjoy federal and state government approval and subsidised distribution, whilst the safe nutritional substances, vitally necessary to combat and repair systemic chronic toxic injury wrought by the "free drugs", are available only at considerable cost to the victim. Furthermore, the same bureaucracy that approved the 'killers' has sought to restrict public access to the remedial supplements. Some local councils even infringe the laws of medical prescription and issue free sodium fluoride tablets for dosing of children without any warning, muchless any advice on antidotes.

And those same government instrumentalities and ministerial 'heads' that oppose the ready availability of nutritional supplements are the same ministers and public servants who lie, cheat, defraud, defame, blackmail and coerce to increase the distribution or compel the ingestion of fluorides and fluoride-bearing products: the same as those who, in defence of the Australian Constitution (section 51 [xxiiia]), legislated to have the chemical dumped into our drinking water supplies.

To sum up the above, the killer drugs are approved, encouraged or enforced and subsidised, while the vital remedial nutrients and metabolites (rendered necessary by the 'free' hazardous drugs) are not subsidised but availability is officially discouraged and obstructed.

FLUORINATED EXTERMINATORS - Fluoridated Death (The Ultimate in Mind and Behaviour Control)

As with tranquillisers and anaesthetics, chemical warfare gases are halogenated. Riot-control gases, tear gas or lacrimators employ either chlorine (chlorinated, e.g. mace) or bromine (brominated) as halogenators, but the lethal German-developed (I.G. Farben) nerve gases Soman and Sarin are both fluorinated and replaced the earlier chlorinated Tabun for speed and efficacy in killing the enemy by their immediate anti-cholinergic agency.

1 - SARIN: Isopropyl methylphosphonofluoidate

2 - SOMAN: Pinacolyl methlphosphonofluoridate.

The almost immediate death caused by exposure to nerve gases is a result of stantaneous 'blocking' of catalysis and nerve action by the fluorinated gas, by acute anti-cholinergic agency (enzymatic 'blocking') and consequent cessation of heart and lung function.

Included here are two medical fluorinated compounds called:

3 - DYFLOS (DI-isopropyl fluorophosphate): Designed to treat, inter alia, the eye disease glaucoma, it is described in the literature as an "irreversible cholinesterase inhibitor (anti-cholinergic agent) and the toxic effects may be prolonged.

Systemic toxicity occurs after inhalation of the vapour."

4 - FLUOROURACIL: Uracil is an essential human metabolite. It is fluorinated in a 'last resort' attempt to control the growth and/or destroy cancer cells through enzyme (DNA and RNA) 'blocking' activity. "The toxic effects are severe and sometimes fatal." It is often paradoxical in action and actually provokes cancer. Side-effects, all severe and numerous, are those associated with other fluorinated anti-cholinergic agents set out previously.

The physiological consequences attending this deliberate fluorination of a human metabolite illustrates the deadly peril of any fluorination process but, in particular, the fluorination of a vital metabolite (rendering it anti-metabolic in action), human electrolyte or essential nutrient such as water.

5 - FLUOROACETAMIDE (Compound 1081): Another instance of a vital metabolite, ;acetamide' being converted (halogenated) to a potent anti-metabolite by fluorination.

In Britain, this product, a close chemical cousin to the stuff used to fluorinate water supplies and toothpastes, etc., "is restricted to the extermination of rats in ships and sewers."

6 - HYDROFLUOROSILICIC ACID (fluorosilicic acid, hydrofluoric acid): A toxic 'waste product' of the fertiliser industry, it is now used for fluoridation of drinking water.

To quote from medical literature, "Warning: Inhalation Hazard. Inhalation of hydrofluorosilicic acid from soaked cotton clothing could cause irreversible lung damage in one minute" due to anti-cholinergic activity.

7 - SODIUM FLUORIDE: A 'waste product' of the aluminium industry and used in fluoridation of drinking water, this hazardous intractable garbage has become, by dint of promotion and sly public re-education, the active ingredient in fluorinated pesticides, fungicides, nematodides, rodenticides, anaesthetics, tranquillisers, fluorinated medications (pharmaceuticals), a number of industrial and domestic products, fluorinated dental gels, rinses and toothpastes.

In other words, sodium fluoride is so much a part of multibillion-dollar industrial and pharmaceutical income that any withdrawal for any reason by the promoters, the fluoridationists or by anyone who has supported them for whatever purpose is impossible on a financial basis, embarrassing on a reputation basis, and unthinkable on a legal basis.

8 - SODIUM FLUOROCETATE (Compound 1080, as No.5 above): This seems to be the preferred 'exterminator' for rodents, etc., on the proclaimed grounds that it is slightly less hazardous for humans. Death by 1080 will take a little longer and be slightly less painful than death by 1081. It will, however, be no less permanent.

9 - SODIUM SILICOFLUORIDE: This waste product of the fertiliser industry is used in fluoridation of drinking water. By international law it must be removed from fertiliser so that pastures, crops, sheep and cattle will not be harmed. That it is then sold for disposal through the community kidneys is not a matter of international concern. Until this more profitable use was found, it was used almost exclusively as an insecticide and rodenticide - an exterminator.

While this thesis is directed at the 'grass roots' where people are most likely to be affected (as a result of being screened from the truth), there will be some who, retaining the foolish but implanted 'reference complex', will need to verify the content. This will be a simple matter for their own or public library sources without biased prompting by the author.

EPILOGUE

Since it was the parliamentary activities of Harley Rivers Dickinson, Member for South Barwon (Victoria), that prompted the research that led to writing of this thesis, it is fitting that the epilogue should refer to more representational work on the same subject (fluoridation of water supplies) by the same Member in the same Parliament.

In February 1983, Harley Dickinson placed two "questions on notice" to the then Minister for Health, Roper, on behalf of his Geelong district constituents. The first question was in 10 parts and the second in eight parts, affording some excuse for delay in preparing comprehensive answers.

The questions were answered and recorded in Hansard of 7 April 1988 by the now-displaced T. Roper, on behalf of the present Minister for Health, D. White, more than five years after the asking - a period of waiting intolerable in a health matter, even were the questions answered in a generally responsible fashion which they certainly were not.

Without going into the detail of questions and answers, having pointed out the extreme and perilous lassitude of the (Victorian) State Government, suffice it to remark that the answers varied from patent falsehood to inadvertent exposure of ministerial fraud: from the repeated quoting of proven fraudulent 'evidence' to accurate but selected part-quotations of literature evidence: from admissions of impropriety by the Victorian bureaucracy to baseless assertions.

CONCLUSION

This story is full of overlapping, interwoven, interlocking circumstance beyond the statistical or reasonable bounds of chance or coincidence. Pursuing each facet, each tortuous avenue from "The Dickinson Statement" as a starting point will confound and dumbfound the pursuer with still more mind-boggling information.

The following quoted article elaborates somewhat on various Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) and Very High Frequency (VHF) Psychotronic Mind Control and Warfare systems associated with or elsewise independent of enforced fluoridation.


[Editor's Note: This is an extremely timely and important essay. It overviews a secret Pentagon psychotronics technology known as Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) that has been fully operational since the early 1990s. I first found out about the use of this technology from Al Bielek in a 1992 video he made with Vladimir Terziski. This technology was used against battle-hardened Iraqi troops fortified in deep underground bunkers in Kuwait and Iraq in the first Gulf War in January of 1991.

The physical, emotional, and psychological effects of this technology were so severe that hundreds of thousands of Iraqi troops surrended en masse without firing even a single shot against U.S. led coalition forces. They were subjected to a technology that was so extreme and incomprehensible that they were suddenly reduced to the level of compliant children and felt grateful to still be alive in the wake of their mind-wrenching experience.

This technology is about to be used, albeit in a more subtle fashion, against American citizens in a highly classified and covert operation to mind control and manipulate the entire population into 'compliance' with our New World order overlords. The technology will utilize a combination of HAARP transmitters, GWEN towers, microwave cell phone towers, and the soon-to-be-mandatory High Definition DIGITAL TV that will enter your home via A) Cable, B) Satellite, C) HD TVs, or D) those oh-so-easy -to-obtain "Digital Converter boxes" that the government is so anxious to help you obtain and underwrite most of the cost on your behalf.

But why is the government so anxious to help American citizens experience a clearer and more highly defined television picture? Does that make sense to you? Since when is the government so concerned about the visual quality of our televised entertainment that congress would pass an undebated statutory proclamation which mandated that the HD conversion take place on Feb. 17, 2009 and and then subsidze about 90% of the associated cost? I'm only guessing, but if there are 200 million "regular" televisions in America to be converted into HD, then that $40 in government subsidy per TV x 200,000,000 = 8 billion dollars. Why is the government so anxious to spend $8 billion dollars on her citizens to improve the clarity of a TV picture? Or is the recently touted "additional bandwidth" cover story that supposedly is to be gained with the HD technology the only and genuine reason for spending so much taxpayer dollars on HD conversion?

The second service that this author performs is to "out" two of our more deceptive alleged CIA/Pentagon 'assets' masquerading under the rubric of natural health advocates. Their names are Rima Laibow and her husband, former Major General Albert Stubblebine. If your e-mail Inbox has been filling with warnings and articles about the coming Codex regulations and the "wonderful" job that Rima and her retired Army husband have been doing to try and stem the tide, then you know who I'm talking about.

The year was 1961, and John Kennedy was soon to become the 35th President. Shortly before Kennedy's inauguration, President Dwight D. Eisenhower shocked the nation and the world with his televised farewell speech. The speech's content was shocking because General Eisenhower was a very popular war hero, and American military might was second to none. Eisenhower, a highly decorated five-star general, was the Supreme Commander of all Allied Forces during World War II. It was Eisenhower's leadership during the Normandy Invasion that ultimately freed Europe from the Nazi scourge. Incredibly, in his farewell address, this great American hero did not warn the nation of the budding communist threat or the horrors of nuclear proliferation. No, not at all! Instead, this career military genius poignantly and soberly declared to this great nation:

"... we have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions. Added to this, three and a half million men and women are directly engaged in the defense establishment. We annually spend on military security more than the net income of all United States corporations.

"This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. The total influence --- economic, political, even spiritual --- is felt in every city, every state house, every office of the federal government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to recognize its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.

"In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the militaryindustrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or our democratic processes"

Here we have a career military officer, and sitting U.S. President warning the nation in his final farewell speech, that something called "unwarranted influence by the military-industrial complex" poses an extremely dangerous threat to our Free Republic society. According to Eisenhower, this threat"exists and will persist".

To President Eisenhower, in January of 1961, this evil was a much greater threat to America than Castro's Cuba or Kruschev's Soviet Union. What exactly could have happened in the "military-industrialist" establishment that would have caused Eisenhower to issue such a strongly worded warning? Improved machine gun production? Nope. Battleship production? Nope. Nuclear submarines? Nope. Proliferation of Nuclear warheads? A concern of course, but a concern that most Americans were fully aware of.

No, obviously what caused Eisenhower such deep concern had to be something much more pervasively shadowy, dark and secret. Some new, covert, technology had clearly emerged that had the very real potential to provide certain individuals with the "acquisition of unwarranted influence" that in turn would "endanger our liberties or our democratic processes" (i.e. our free and fair election process). In other words, it had the clear potential to circumvent the voice of the people and completely empower un-elected power mongers.

Eisenhower, I would submit, was warning America about something called the "Sound of Silence". Eisenhower was an honest and patriotic American. Like Marine Corp General Smedley Butler, who decades earlier declared to Congress that "War is a Racket" --- Ike knew that such absolute power and total covert control over the minds and hearts of individual citizens would corrupt society absolutely. He also knew and understood, as did the German philosopher Goethe:

"No man is more hopelessly enslaved, than he who falsely believes that he is FREE."

Therefore, he issued his strong, concluding warning to America. Today, this author must do no less.

The Sound of Silence is a military-intelligence code word for certain psychotronic weapons of mass mind-control tested in the mid 1950's, perfected during the 70's, and used extensively by the "modern" U.S. military in the early 90's, despite the opposition and warnings issued by men such as Dwight David Eisenhower. This mind-altering covert weapon is based on something called subliminal carrier technology, or the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), (also nicknamed S-Quad or "Squad" in military jargon.) It was developed for military use by Dr. Oliver Lowery of Norcross, Georgia, and is described in US Patent #5,159,703

"Silent Subliminal Presentation System" for commercial use in 1992. The patent abstract reads:

"A silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low (ELF) or very high audio-frequency (VHF) range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum are amplitude – or frequency- modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement in to the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones, or piezoelectric transducers. The modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic, or optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener."

In layman's terms, this device, this "Sound of Silence"simply allows for the unwarranted implantation of specific thoughts, emotions, and even prescribed physical actions into unsuspecting human beings.

In short, it has the very real ability to turn human beings into mere puppets in the hands of certain "controllers"or puppet-masters. Eisenhower knew full well what such a "weapon" could do in the hands of greedy, conspiring men and women scheming to control the planet. It could easily result in the takeover of American society without a single bullet being fired.

This is what he was warning America about, this is the "combination" he feared above all others. Have the leaders of America ignored Ike's warning? Have conspiring and evil men and women utilized this diabolical technology on unsuspecting Americans and others outside of our borders? If so, will they continue to utilize the technology through the medium of Television and Radio? This expose will attempt to answer these questions, and give the reader a clear picture of exactly who made the decisions to use the "Sound of Silence" in both war and peace.

On March 23, 1991, a news brief was released in the form of an ITV News Bureau Ltd (London) wire service bulletin entitled "High-Tech Psychological Warfare Arrives in the Middle East". This was during the administration of George Bush Sr., during "Operation Desert Storm" and describes in remarkable detail a US Psychological Operations (PsyOps) covert operation successfully deployed against Iraqi troops in Kuwait.

Saddam Hussein's vaunted "Republican Guard" crack troops were promising Bush "the Mother of all Battles" with many thousands of dead coalition troops. On paper, it looked convincing. Hussein's Republican Guard troops were battle-hardened veterans of the 10 year war with Iran, while coalition troops were unblooded. The Iraqis had modern weaponry and were well trained in how to use it. Something very strange happened, however. The "mother of all battles" ended before it began, as literally hundreds of thousands of Iraqi soldiers surrendered en masse without even firing a shot!

Here is what the British press reported on the incident –while the American press was censored:

"... an unbelievable and HIGHLY CLASSIFIED PsyOps program utilizing "Silent Sound" techniques was successfully deployed. The opportunity to use this method occurred when Saddam Hussein's military command-and-control system was destroyed. The Iraqi troops were then forced to use commercial FM radio stations to carry encoded commands, which were broadcast on the 100 MHz frequency. The US Psy-Ops team set up its own portable FM transmitter, utilizing the same frequency, in the deserted city of Al Khafji. This US transmitter overpowered the local Iraqi station. Along with patriotic and religious music, PsyOps transmitted "vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information".

"Subliminally, a much more powerful technology was at work, however. A sophisticated electronic system designed to ‘speak' directly to the mind of the listener; to alter and entrain his brainwaves, to manipulate his brain's electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns and thus artificially implant negative emotional states ---- feelings of intense fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness were created in the Iraqi troops. This incredibly effective subliminal system doesn't just tell a person to feel an emotion, it makes them feel it; it implants that EMOTION in their minds."

While utilizing such a "non-lethal" covert psy-ops weapon resulted in many lives being saved, both American, Coalition, as well as Iraqi, the question begs to be asked: how can Americans be assured that such a weapon is not being used on them by "Big Brother" on a daily basis?

Moreover, why was the REAL STORY behind the mass Iraqi surrenders censored so completely from the American people? Typically, secrecy of this nature is only employed when the subject is morally offensive, or when the powers that be wish to continue to deploy the subject without public scrutiny or oversight, or both. Clearly, if such a device employed covertly on Americans could result in "unwarranted influence" over a society, as Eisenhower warned, I submit the majority of Americans would be completely outraged and incensed, and rightfully so. Therefore, of course the technology would need to remain hidden away.

Officially, the Sound of Silence (S-quad) technology does not exist, just as the US Government officially denies the existence of UFOs and Area 51, (Groom Lake) in the Nevada desert. However, the physical realities cannot be ignored by the rational and logical mind. For instance, during the first Gulf war, the man who most likely ordered the deployment of the Sound of Silence was Major General Albert (Bert) Stubblebine, who was the Commanding General of the U.S. Army's INTELLIGENCE SCHOOL AND CENTER, as well as the Army's Electronic Research and Development Command (ERADCOM) as well as the Army's Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

In short, Albert Stubblebine was the Army's liaison with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Naval Intelligence operatives (ONI) – and as head of ERADCOM, he would of necessity have had complete working knowledge of the Sound of Silence weaponry, if indeed it truly exists. He was the U.S. Army's top spy-boss, and of course, was privy to all its secrets. Now retired from active duty following a 32 year career, General Stubblebine has combined with his wife, Rima Laibow to form something called the Natural Solutions Foundation, supposedly dedicated to fighting all HEALTH FREEDOM THREATS to individuals including Codex Alimentarias, Vaccinations, and of course the FDA Gestapo. On their website, http://www.healthfreedomusa.org one can read this about Albert N. Stubblebine:

"Many of the innovations he developed helped the U.S. to conduct the First Gulf War effectively and swiftly with a very low casualty rate."

But of course, such "innovations" are never fully disclosed to Americans and are officially non-existent. With all due respect to General Stubblebine and shadowy power-brokers such as Frank Carlucci and Donald Rumsfeld, this author concurs whole-heartedly with General Eisenhower and I declare that such posturing and secrecy with weapons of mind-control constitutes indeed an "acquisition of unwarranted power and influence" and has absolutely no place in a free and open society- no matter how many soldier's lives it may save on the battlefield. The potential for massive misuse and abuse of such immense controlling power is simply too great.

Furthermore, with all due respect Mr. Stubblebine, is he and Rima Laibow using the cover of Natural Health activistism to hide their true agenda? Could this hidden agenda be the covert promotion and testing of Sound of Silence equipment and technology commercially throughout the world?

It would seem quite logical that since covert "Black Project" mindcontrol operations was indeed his highest area of expertise while in the military, would it not be logical to assume that he would continue to engage in such work in his "retirement" years? Iwould submit such activity would be immensely more potentially PROFITABLE than soliciting donations while hawking organic veggies and supplements over the internet.

Is it not highly unusual for a career military man with such deep ties to CIA Black Ops to suddenly become a highly vocal natural health guru, especially considering that he had zero prior experience or hands-on training in the field?

According to his Natural Solutions website,

"He [Stubblebine] has taken this set of experiences [psy-ops work] and become involved in leading-edge medical research and development in collaboration with his wife Rima E. Laibow, M.D."

Yet, oddly, nowhere on the NSF website is any of this "leading-edge" R & D technology discussed, even in the most generic terms. Instead, it is primarily aimed at soliciting tax-deductible donations. This alone should raise immediate red flags.

Furthermore, according to public documents available in Virginia, General Albert Stubblebine separated from his former wife Geraldine on Independence Day, (July 4) 1991 while he was at the height of his power and successful Psy-Ops venture in Kuwait against the Iraqi Army. The Stubblebines were formally divorced on September 9, 1994, whereby the divorce court granted Geraldine a decree on the "grounds of dultery"with a "female psychiatrist friend", in all likelihood, his current wife Rima Laibow. Court documents show that Geraldine was chronically ill at the time of her divorce, suffering from "cancer and other ailments"and needed financial support from General Stubblebine to continue with her ALLOPATHIC treatments.

Nowhere is it mentioned in the divorce proceedings that any NATURAL treatments were being employed or had even been considered. Immediately after "retiring" from the army, General Stubblebine took a position as the "VP for Intelligence Systems" with Braddock, Dunn, and McDonald (BDM), a major defense contractor owned by the shadowy Carlyle Group and ex-Defense Secretary Frank Carlucci of Iran-Contra infamy.

According to author Dan Briody in his book The Iron Triangle: Inside the Secret World of the Carlyle Group,

"BDM's major business was in an area called Black Projects which are kept secret because to publicize them would compromise national security. Lawmakers often complain about Black Projects, citing that many contracts are thusly classified, not because of national security concerns, but rather to avoid the required congressional review." (Ibid, pg. 35)

It is clear that BDM was very deeply involved in highly questionable dealings during this time frame. According to Dan Briody:

"On Christmas Eve, 1994, the New York Times reported that Frank Carlucci had again been involved in a clandestine arms deal, this time with the Soviets. With Carlucci as chairman, BDM, now a Carlyle portfolio company, had brokered a deal between the Pentagon and the former Soviet Republic of Belarus to secretly purchase an S-300, the Soviet's version of the Patriot missile defense system the United States had used so effectively during the Gulf War. ... For the deal, BDM used the infamous Canadian arms dealer Emmanuel Weigensberg, the same man that brokered the Iran-Contra arms shipments for the Reagan White House." (Ibid, pg 38-39)

Since the Sound of Silence machine technology was patented for "privatization" commercial applications by Dr. Lowery on October 27, 1992 , it clearly opened the door to private defense contractors such as BDM to develop their own "Intelligence Systems".

It would then make sense to employ General Stubblebine as a consultant. Of course, what would then stop BDM from quietly marketing and selling the Sound of Silence to large corporations tied to Wall Street? For example, imagine utilizing the Sound of Silence in a large Wal-Mart store, mixing the ELF waves with background music to subliminally brainwash dishonest shoppers NOT to engage in shoplifting? Such a device would save Sam Walton many millions of dollars in lost revenue every year.

Suppose also that a young, black man from Illinois was given access to, and was able to utilize the S-quad Sound of Silence technology in his public speeches, radio and 30-minute television"infomercials" -- all programmed and designed by "handlers" to illicit strong emotional responses from audience members who then are merely "hearing without listening".

Moreover, what if televisions across the U.S. and Canada all went 100% DIGITAL [E.g. the mandatory HD conversion to take place in Feb. 2009] in their signals (which must happen in order to successfully link to pre-positioned, interconnected GWEN (Ground-Wave Emergency Network) Towers) which of course would allow the unrestricted use of the Sound of Silence frequencies in a complete and massive control of the nation's mind and consciousness?

I am telling you that is EXACTLY what is happening. President Eisenhower was absolutely correct, and his worst fears were indeed well founded!

The military-industrialist complex has quietly completed the takeover of the nation's consciousness, and thus its very soul. All without firing a shot! What about Stubbebine and his side-kick Laibow? What could they actually be doing in their world travels disguised as natural food activists?

Again, the absolute SECRECY surrounding the development and deployment of the electromagnetic mind-altering technology of the Sound of Silence in a very real way reflects the tremendous power that is inherent in it. This is why Eisenhower knew that he HAD to warn the nation about it back in 1961. To put it bluntly, whoever controls this technology literally has the power to control the minds of men – all men and women everywhere.

Of course, whoever controls the minds of all humans, controls the wealth and destiny of planet earth. Furthermore, Stubblebine, as commander of Army Intelligence would likely follow the prescribed manual of all covert ops --- such as is found in a de-classified U.S. manual for the planned subversion and coup of the government of Nicaragua. The manual instructs the CIA "guerilla forces" to engage in different "false front" organizations designedto win the respect, trust, and influence of the enemy. Once complete trust and confidence is achieved by means of the activities of the "false front", then the destruction of the enemy by means of misdirection and dis-information tactics can more easily be executed.

I would submit there is no better "false front" to infiltrate in America than Natural Health proponents, for they are typically healthier, better informed, and more dedicated to preserving individual freedoms and fighting tyranny than other Americans. Thus, there could be no better "false front" to establish, and there is clearly no more potentially vicious wolf hiding in sheep's clothing than the man who knows more about the Sound of Silence secret deployment than any other human –one General Albert (Bert) Stubblebine and his Jewish psychiatrist wife, Rima Laibow.

There is ample evidence that certain elitists in America and Israel plan to definitely extend the capacity of this technology to encompass all people on every continent. A key to this is the HAARP project where ELF and VHF frequencies can indeed be beamed off of the earth's ionosphere to various GWEN towers world-wide. Of course, the U.S. Government officially denies all of this, telling the talking heads of the controlled news media that the GWEN towers are merely private cell-phone towers with no ulterior agenda, and therefore anybody who thinks otherwise is a lunatic-fringe conspiracy nut.

Dr. Michael Persinger is a professor of psychology and neuroscience at Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada. Concerning this subject, Dr. Persinger writes:

"Temporal lobe stimulation can evoke the feeling of a presence, disorientation, and perceptual irregularities. It can activate images stored in the subject's memory, including nightmares and monsters that are normally suppressed. Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into an intrinsic, brain-specific code. Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be affected by a sub-harmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0.1 Hz."

Dr Persinger concludes the article by writing:

"Within the last two decades a potential has emerged which was improbable, but which is now feasible. This potential is the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately 6.5 billion brains of the human species, without mediation through classical sensory modalities, by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed.

"The historical emergence of such possibilities, which have ranged from gunpowder to atomic fission, have resulted in major changes in the social evolution that occurred inordinately quickly after the implementation. Reduction of the risk of the inappropriate application of these technologies requires the continued and open discussion of their realistic feasibility and implications within the scientific and public domain."

Next time you hear a starling sing, stop and listen hard. It may well be warning of a peril that endangers the whole world of nature - and the very future of the human race itself.


For scientists have found that gender-bender chemicals - increasingly contaminating the environment, our food, our water and our bodies - are having a bizarre effect on common birds, causing the males to give voice to longer and more complex songs.

This is only the latest in a long series of increasingly urgent alarms being sounded by wildlife against an insidious but devastating danger that threatens our children.

But so far our leaders have steadfastly and scandalously turned a deaf ear to them - and, even more shamefully, ignored the first signs that the peril is already affecting birth patterns, causing thousands of babies who should have been boys to be born as girls instead.

Starlings and their diverse, complicated and mimicking - though not beautiful - songs have long fascinated humanity.

Mozart was entranced by a starling after it copied a tune that the great composer was whistling in a pet store.


Modern scientists have discovered that starlings' songs contain similar patterns to human speech.

But if we could, indeed, understand what they are communicating, we would be wise to take heed.

Scientists at Cardiff University have discovered that the brains of male starlings foraging for worms at a sewage treatment works in South-West England have been subtly changed by being contaminated by oestrogen from the contraceptive pill and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

The female hormones - present in women's urine, and passing through the sewage treatment unaffected - caused the part of the brain that controls their song to grow much bigger, causing them to sing at greater length and with even more virtuosity than usual.

The study confirms similar, if slightly differing, research on other birds, which scientists say is adding up to some of the first concrete proof of the effects of gender benders on the natural world.

Researchers at the University of California have found that feeding female finches with a hormone used in HRT has caused them to sing, something hitherto done only by their males.

And studies at the University of Alberta have found robins exposed to the pesticide DDT before birth suffered damage to the region of the brain that enables them to sing and protect their territory.

Dr David Crews of the University of Texas calls the research on birdsong "very significant", describing it as "the first step needed to demonstrate a causal link between specific pollutants and the effects on wildlife populations".


Yet there have been strange warning signs for decades. Way back in the early 1970s, researchers found that female gulls had taken to nesting together all over the U.S., the males having apparently lost interest.

When the bashful males were caught and examined, they were found to have developed female egg-laying canals.

In the 1980s, researchers in Florida found that alligators were failing to reproduce because their males had mysteriously tiny penises; further investigations revealed that they had developed female hormone patterns - and that turtles in the same waters had developed into hermaphrodites.

Most alarming of all, repeated studies by Britain's own Environment Agency have shown that about a third of the male roach in rivers and streams right across the country have begun producing eggs, after developing female sex organs.

Again, the problem was traced to oestrogen passing through sewage works - in some areas, near particularly heavy inflows of treated water, all the males were found to be between sexes.

The findings have inevitably raised concern that people may also be affected, since one-third of the country's drinking water comes from rivers, much of it beneath sewage outfalls.

And, whether or not this is the cause, male sperm counts have been dropping precipitously both here and across the world.

Studies in more than 20 countries have shown that average amounts have fallen by well over half in the past 50 years, from an average of more than 150 million per millilitre to 66 million.

The result is that men are now less than half as fertile as hamsters.

The counts are continuing to plunge by two per cent a year, and no end to the decline is in sight. At this rate, the average man will be unable to father children within decades.

Increasingly the sperm crisis is being blamed on a whole host of chemicals, not just synthetic oestrogen, but a wide variety of substances that have become ubiquitous in daily life.

They include the common plastic PVC; dioxins, the notorious pollutants found almost everywhere; PCBs, one-and-a-half million tons of which have been used in countless products from paints to plastics; and phthalates, universally used to make plastics more flexible.

Recent tests by WWF (formerly the World Wildlife Fund) on 14 basic foodstuffs taken from supermarket shelves found that every single one contained PCBs, and most were contaminated by phthalates.

Both substances have been shown to have deeply worrying effects on babies and children.

Scientists at Rotterdam's Erasmus University have found that boys born to mothers exposed to PCBs grew up wanting to play with dolls and tea-sets.

And research at the University of Rochester in New York State has shown that the male children of women exposed to phthalates have smaller penises and other signs of feminisation of their genitals.

Communities exposed to high levels of these and other gender-bender chemicals, from the Great Lakes of North America to the Russian Arctic, have been found to give birth to twice as many girls as boys.

This may offer a clue to the cause of a mysterious shift in the sex of babies worldwide.

Normally 106 boys are born for every 100 girls, in what is thought to be nature's way of compensating for the fact that males were more likely to be killed hunting or in conflict.

But increasingly this ratio is slipping - it is calculated that 250,000 babies who would have been boys have been born girls in the U.S. and Japan alone.

You would think that all this accumulating evidence would long since have sparked alarm in governments worldwide.

Far from it. When the EU drew up its first comprehensive controls on chemicals two years ago, it largely exempted gender benders from them.

Britain, under Tony Blair's leadership, was largely responsible for this exemption, and confidential documents show that it obediently acted to water down the controls following direct representations from the Bush administration - almost unbelievably putting the interests of foreign firms above the health of British children.

Since then, as Dr Gwynne Lyons, director of the expert group, CHEM Trust puts it, there has been "regulatory inertia".

That needs to change, and fast. If ministers continue wilfully to refuse to heed the science, they should, at least, listen to the starlings.


A vast array of pharmaceuticals — including antibiotics, anti-convulsants, mood stabilizers and sex hormones — have been found in the drinking water supplies of at least 41 million Americans, an Associated Press investigation shows.

To be sure, the concentrations of these pharmaceuticals are tiny, measured in quantities of parts per billion or trillion, far below the levels of a medical dose. Also, utilities insist their water is safe.

But the presence of so many prescription drugs — and over-the-counter medicines like acetaminophen and ibuprofen — in so much of our drinking water is heightening worries among scientists of long-term consequences to human health.


In the course of a five-month inquiry, the AP discovered that drugs have been detected in the drinking water supplies of 24 major metropolitan areas — from Southern California to Northern New Jersey, from Detroit to Louisville, Ky.

Water providers rarely disclose results of pharmaceutical screenings, unless pressed, the AP found. For example, the head of a group representing major California suppliers said the public "doesn't know how to interpret the information" and might be unduly alarmed.

How do the drugs get into the water?

People take pills. Their bodies absorb some of the medication, but the rest of it passes through and is flushed down the toilet. The wastewater is treated before it is discharged into reservoirs, rivers or lakes. Then, some of the water is cleansed again at drinking water treatment plants and piped to consumers. But most treatments do not remove all drug residue.

And while researchers do not yet understand the exact risks from decades of persistent exposure to random combinations of low levels of pharmaceuticals, recent studies — which have gone virtually unnoticed by the general public — have found alarming effects on human cells and wildlife.

"We recognize it is a growing concern and we're taking it very seriously," said Benjamin H. Grumbles, assistant administrator for water at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Members of the AP National Investigative Team reviewed hundreds of scientific reports, analyzed federal drinking water databases, visited environmental study sites and treatment plants and interviewed more than 230 officials, academics and scientists. They also surveyed the nation's 50 largest cities and a dozen other major water providers, as well as smaller community water providers in all 50 states.

Here are some of the key test results obtained by the AP:

* Officials in Philadelphia said testing there discovered 56 pharmaceuticals or byproducts in treated drinking water, including medicines for pain, infection, high cholesterol, asthma, epilepsy, mental illness and heart problems. Sixty-three pharmaceuticals or byproducts were found in the city's watersheds.

* Anti-epileptic and anti-anxiety medications were detected in a portion of the treated drinking water for 18.5 million people in Southern California.

* Researchers at the U.S. Geological Survey analyzed a Passaic Valley Water Commission drinking water treatment plant, which serves 850,000 people in Northern New Jersey, and found a metabolized angina medicine and the mood-stabilizing carbamazepine in drinking water.

* A sex hormone was detected in San Francisco's drinking water.

* The drinking water for Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas tested positive for six pharmaceuticals.

* Three medications, including an antibiotic, were found in drinking water supplied to Tucson, Ariz.

The situation is undoubtedly worse than suggested by the positive test results in the major population centers documented by the AP.

The federal government doesn't require any testing and hasn't set safety limits for drugs in water. Of the 62 major water providers contacted, the drinking water for only 28 was tested. Among the 34 that haven't: Houston, Chicago, Miami, Baltimore, Phoenix, Boston and New York City's Department of Environmental Protection, which delivers water to 9 million people.

Some providers screen only for one or two pharmaceuticals, leaving open the possibility that others are present.

The AP's investigation also indicates that watersheds, the natural sources of most of the nation's water supply, also are contaminated. Tests were conducted in the watersheds of 35 of the 62 major providers surveyed by the AP, and pharmaceuticals were detected in 28.

Yet officials in six of those 28 metropolitan areas said they did not go on to test their drinking water — Fairfax, Va.; Montgomery County in Maryland; Omaha, Neb.; Oklahoma City; Santa Clara, Calif., and New York City.

The New York state health department and the USGS tested the source of the city's water, upstate. They found trace concentrations of heart medicine, infection fighters, estrogen, anti-convulsants, a mood stabilizer and a tranquilizer.

City water officials declined repeated requests for an interview. In a statement, they insisted that "New York City's drinking water continues to meet all federal and state regulations regarding drinking water quality in the watershed and the distribution system" — regulations that do not address trace pharmaceuticals.

In several cases, officials at municipal or regional water providers told the AP that pharmaceuticals had not been detected, but the AP obtained the results of tests conducted by independent researchers that showed otherwise. For example, water department officials in New Orleans said their water had not been tested for pharmaceuticals, but a Tulane University researcher and his students have published a study that found the pain reliever naproxen, the sex hormone estrone and the anti-cholesterol drug byproduct clofibric acid in treated drinking water.

Of the 28 major metropolitan areas where tests were performed on drinking water supplies, only Albuquerque; Austin, Texas; and Virginia Beach, Va.; said tests were negative. The drinking water in Dallas has been tested, but officials are awaiting results. Arlington, Texas, acknowledged that traces of a pharmaceutical were detected in its drinking water but cited post-9/11 security concerns in refusing to identify the drug.

The AP also contacted 52 small water providers — one in each state, and two each in Missouri and Texas — that serve communities with populations around 25,000. All but one said their drinking water had not been screened for pharmaceuticals; officials in Emporia, Kan., refused to answer AP's questions, also citing post-9/11 issues.

Rural consumers who draw water from their own wells aren't in the clear either, experts say.

The Stroud Water Research Center, in Avondale, Pa., has measured water samples from New York City's upstate watershed for caffeine, a common contaminant that scientists often look for as a possible signal for the presence of other pharmaceuticals. Though more caffeine was detected at suburban sites, researcher Anthony Aufdenkampe was struck by the relatively high levels even in less populated areas.

He suspects it escapes from failed septic tanks, maybe with other drugs. "Septic systems are essentially small treatment plants that are essentially unmanaged and therefore tend to fail," Aufdenkampe said.

Even users of bottled water and home filtration systems don't necessarily avoid exposure. Bottlers, some of which simply repackage tap water, do not typically treat or test for pharmaceuticals, according to the industry's main trade group. The same goes for the makers of home filtration systems.

Contamination is not confined to the United States. More than 100 different pharmaceuticals have been detected in lakes, rivers, reservoirs and streams throughout the world. Studies have detected pharmaceuticals in waters throughout Asia, Australia, Canada and Europe — even in Swiss lakes and the North Sea.

For example, in Canada, a study of 20 Ontario drinking water treatment plants by a national research institute found nine different drugs in water samples. Japanese health officials in December called for human health impact studies after detecting prescription drugs in drinking water at seven different sites.

In the United States, the problem isn't confined to surface waters. Pharmaceuticals also permeate aquifers deep underground, source of 40 percent of the nation's water supply. Federal scientists who drew water in 24 states from aquifers near contaminant sources such as landfills and animal feed lots found minuscule levels of hormones, antibiotics and other drugs.

Perhaps it's because Americans have been taking drugs — and flushing them unmetabolized or unused — in growing amounts. Over the past five years, the number of U.S. prescriptions rose 12 percent to a record 3.7 billion, while nonprescription drug purchases held steady around 3.3 billion, according to IMS Health and The Nielsen Co.

"People think that if they take a medication, their body absorbs it and it disappears, but of course that's not the case," said EPA scientist Christian Daughton, one of the first to draw attention to the issue of pharmaceuticals in water in the United States.

Some drugs, including widely used cholesterol fighters, tranquilizers and anti-epileptic medications, resist modern drinking water and wastewater treatment processes. Plus, the EPA says there are no sewage treatment systems specifically engineered to remove pharmaceuticals.

One technology, reverse osmosis, removes virtually all pharmaceutical contaminants but is very expensive for large-scale use and leaves several gallons of polluted water for every one that is made drinkable.

Another issue: There's evidence that adding chlorine, a common process in conventional drinking water treatment plants, makes some pharmaceuticals more toxic.

Human waste isn't the only source of contamination. Cattle, for example, are given ear implants that provide a slow release of trenbolone, an anabolic steroid used by some bodybuilders, which causes cattle to bulk up. But not all the trenbolone circulating in a steer is metabolized. A German study showed 10 percent of the steroid passed right through the animals.

Water sampled downstream of a Nebraska feedlot had steroid levels four times as high as the water taken upstream. Male fathead minnows living in that downstream area had low testosterone levels and small heads.

Other veterinary drugs also play a role. Pets are now treated for arthritis, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, allergies, dementia, and even obesity — sometimes with the same drugs as humans. The inflation-adjusted value of veterinary drugs rose by 8 percent, to $5.2 billion, over the past five years, according to an analysis of data from the Animal Health Institute.

Ask the pharmaceutical industry whether the contamination of water supplies is a problem, and officials will tell you no. "Based on what we now know, I would say we find there's little or no risk from pharmaceuticals in the environment to human health," said microbiologist Thomas White, a consultant for the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America.

But at a conference last summer, Mary Buzby — director of environmental technology for drug maker Merck & Co. Inc. — said: "There's no doubt about it, pharmaceuticals are being detected in the environment and there is genuine concern that these compounds, in the small concentrations that they're at, could be causing impacts to human health or to aquatic organisms."

Recent laboratory research has found that small amounts of medication have affected human embryonic kidney cells, human blood cells and human breast cancer cells. The cancer cells proliferated too quickly; the kidney cells grew too slowly; and the blood cells showed biological activity associated with inflammation.

Also, pharmaceuticals in waterways are damaging wildlife across the nation and around the globe, research shows. Notably, male fish are being feminized, creating egg yolk proteins, a process usually restricted to females. Pharmaceuticals also are affecting sentinel species at the foundation of the pyramid of life — such as earth worms in the wild and zooplankton in the laboratory, studies show.

Some scientists stress that the research is extremely limited, and there are too many unknowns. They say, though, that the documented health problems in wildlife are disconcerting.

"It brings a question to people's minds that if the fish were affected ... might there be a potential problem for humans?" EPA research biologist Vickie Wilson told the AP. "It could be that the fish are just exquisitely sensitive because of their physiology or something. We haven't gotten far enough along."

With limited research funds, said Shane Snyder, research and development project manager at the Southern Nevada Water Authority, a greater emphasis should be put on studying the effects of drugs in water.

"I think it's a shame that so much money is going into monitoring to figure out if these things are out there, and so little is being spent on human health," said Snyder. "They need to just accept that these things are everywhere — every chemical and pharmaceutical could be there. It's time for the EPA to step up to the plate and make a statement about the need to study effects, both human and environmental."

To the degree that the EPA is focused on the issue, it appears to be looking at detection. Grumbles acknowledged that just late last year the agency developed three new methods to "detect and quantify pharmaceuticals" in wastewater. "We realize that we have a limited amount of data on the concentrations," he said. "We're going to be able to learn a lot more."

While Grumbles said the EPA had analyzed 287 pharmaceuticals for possible inclusion on a draft list of candidates for regulation under the Safe Drinking Water Act, he said only one, nitroglycerin, was on the list. Nitroglycerin can be used as a drug for heart problems, but the key reason it's being considered is its widespread use in making explosives.

So much is unknown. Many independent scientists are skeptical that trace concentrations will ultimately prove to be harmful to humans. Confidence about human safety is based largely on studies that poison lab animals with much higher amounts.

There's growing concern in the scientific community, meanwhile, that certain drugs — or combinations of drugs — may harm humans over decades because water, unlike most specific foods, is consumed in sizable amounts every day.

Our bodies may shrug off a relatively big one-time dose, yet suffer from a smaller amount delivered continuously over a half century, perhaps subtly stirring allergies or nerve damage. Pregnant women, the elderly and the very ill might be more sensitive.

Many concerns about chronic low-level exposure focus on certain drug classes: chemotherapy that can act as a powerful poison; hormones that can hamper reproduction or development; medicines for depression and epilepsy that can damage the brain or change behavior; antibiotics that can allow human germs to mutate into more dangerous forms; pain relievers and blood-pressure diuretics.

For several decades, federal environmental officials and nonprofit watchdog environmental groups have focused on regulated contaminants — pesticides, lead, PCBs — which are present in higher concentrations and clearly pose a health risk.

However, some experts say medications may pose a unique danger because, unlike most pollutants, they were crafted to act on the human body.

"These are chemicals that are designed to have very specific effects at very low concentrations. That's what pharmaceuticals do. So when they get out to the environment, it should not be a shock to people that they have effects," says zoologist John Sumpter at Brunel University in London, who has studied trace hormones, heart medicine and other drugs.

And while drugs are tested to be safe for humans, the timeframe is usually over a matter of months, not a lifetime. Pharmaceuticals also can produce side effects and interact with other drugs at normal medical doses. That's why — aside from therapeutic doses of fluoride injected into potable water supplies — pharmaceuticals are prescribed to people who need them, not delivered to everyone in their drinking water.

"We know we are being exposed to other people's drugs through our drinking water, and that can't be good," says Dr. David Carpenter, who directs the Institute for Health and the Environment of the State University of New York at Albany.


People of the world, the US Government is planning to poison more than two million people, in California, using an untested biological "pesticide" this summer. The chemical to be sprayed is classified by the EPA as a "pesticide" and the plan is to douse cities with this chemical designed to stick on everything for 90 days or longer. This application is not a one time event, but will continue every 1-3 months for as long as five years. The pesticide to be sprayed is not designed to harm the light brown apple moth's who it is designed for, but merely to confuse its mating habits. While harmless to moths, the pesticide has been documented to harm humans.

Side effects range from vomiting and flu like systems, to male and female reproductive cycle disruption. One child nearly died from the exposure, and some people have developed asthma from being exposed to this chemical concoction. It is cause for alarm that a chemical being labeled as harmless and "safe" even in minute doses, causes severe health effects in some people. The government is racing to cover up and hide the dangerous health effects so that they can continue their aerial spray plans this summer. Your attention and action on this subject is needed in the most important way.

On January 24th, 2008, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Chuck Conner announced the availability of $74.5 million in emergency funding to combat the light brown apple moth (LBAM) infestation in California (1). President Bush's recent budget proposal sent to Congress sets aside $330 Million to eradicate plant pests, like the Light Brown Apple Moth. With crime, prison crowding, pollution, poverty, budget problems and the like, why should the government go through the effort to try to control the reproductive habits of a moth? While most people say the answer is money, a far more sinister plan seems to be at hand. It is unprecedented to design a long term plan to spray chemicals on people, which are untested for safety. This plan violates a myriad of state, federal and international laws.

On February 13th, 2008, the CDFA and USDA, in conjunction, announced their action plan for aerial spraying untested poison on people. This is from the CDFA Press Release "Aerial treatments are expected to begin June 1 in the infested areas of Monterey and Santa Cruz counties, with subsequent aerial treatments expected to begin August 1 in San Francisco, Daly City, Colma, Oakland, Piedmont, Emeryville, Albany, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Tiburon and Belvedere. The treatments in these areas are designed to be reapplied at 30- to 90-day intervals while the moths are active." (4)

In late 2007, there were 643 documented health complaints (www.1hope.org/SPRAYCOMPLES.PDF) from the aerial spray program conducted in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. Keep in mind that this documentation is a mere fraction of the real health effects, as no legitimate effort was made to inform even doctors on how to recognize pesticide poisoning. Many doctors also refused to report suspected pesticide poisoning as required by law, and in order for a report to get officially filed, many times the patient had to insist upon it. These health injuries are not being honored in any way, because if they are honored, this sick chemical spray will be seen for what it is. It is a poison to many humans and likely to many other animals as well. I have a difficult time swallowing that a chemical compound designed to disrupt a moth's mating cycle can accidentally create reproductive health problems.

There are many who believe that this spray is not directed at the moth population which the government says is the goal of the spray, but rather that it is directed at humans. There is a growing body of evidence to support this claim, considering that the moth itself does not cause any crop damage. It is similar to the government deciding that we must eradicate all the ants, because ants cause millions of dollars of damage. Like ants, the light brown apple moth is a harmless pest. Another strange observation is the name of the mating disruption chemical Checkmate. In order to pull off the deployment of this biological chemical, a hoax, or reason for aerial spraying had to be created. That reason is called the Light Brown Apple Moth infestation. The second requirement to pull off releasing a massive chemical cloud of disease, is to trick people into believing it is safe. This whole aerial spray program depends on the belief that the chemicals to be sprayed are safe.

Since the chemicals planned to be deployed have never been sprayed over cities before, and are even being developed as I write, and thus have not been proven safe for humans, this is by the facts a large scale experiment. The question people should ask is, "why?" While it may be just coincidence, a recent article displays this headline: “Top-secret Livermore anti-germ lab opens.” (2) This same lab, has routinely exploded thousands of pounds of lethal, chemically toxic, and radioactive Depleted Uranium in the greater San Francisco Bay area’s air for the past fifty years (3).

When people hear about this aerial spray, many people experience a sinking feeling in the pit of their stomach. This is truly a sickening action. The government is willfully breaking countless laws in order to combat a stupid leaf rolling moth that curls up into the leaves of some plants and that doesn't cause any crop damage. It has not caused crop damage or embargo's in Hawaii over the past 100 years, so why would it cause damage in California?

No ounce of sanity can explain why the government must insist on violating countless laws to spray people with never before tested chemicals, except as to realize a deadly game is being played.

Unlike the horrible malathion spraying over 20 years ago, which was a one-time ordeal with chemicals that evaporate, this spraying is a time release microscopic device, which will be continuously applied, short of the winter months, for up to five years. Even five years of spraying will at best reduce slightly the moth population, as pest control experts explain that mating disruption technology is used as a small part of an overall pest management plan. Pretty much any pest control expert, except for those on the government take, will tell you that the light brown apple moth cannot be eradicated, and that even if it could, the mating disruption technology is not the best means to do it. Since aerial spraying is to be the sole method of controlling the light brown apple moth in many locations, then even after many years of spraying, the moth will still be alive. It is not sane to spray people with chemicals. That begs attention, there is not any hard evidence that the spray even works at all. In fact on the EPA's own website, there's an article about pheromones released from microcapsules, it states: "The studies show that only a small proportion of the microcapsules actually release any pheromone." (5)

This is now clear and reprehensible evidence of State and Federal Governments attempting to commit a large scale crime against the American people. Let us forget about supposed terrorists for a second whose propagandized images are placed on the television, and lets pay attention to this biological attack planned on our fellow neighbors. The presence of a minuscule pest, is no excuse to douse millions with chemicals. There are NO CROPS IN CITIES! So why are they going to spray cities?

This is a Cover-Up

The LBAM infestation is a monumental hoax designed as a cover for an operation of devious goals to expose people to dangerous chemicals over several years.

Following is a link to a recently published proposal of spray boundaries, the yellow lines indicating the proposed spray zones (www.hopefortruth.com/lbam_2008.jpg) . More than two million people who live in these and other targeted cities are scheduled to be exposed this summer to chemicals that that have never been tested on humans or animals before. Let me repeat: the government of the United States is conducting a human biological experiment, on a massive scale, breaking State, Federal and International laws. Children, pregnant women, and the sick and elderly will be most as risk to this increased exposure to long lasting chemicals. Chemicals which are newly designed, chemicals which have not been proven safe. Just like the reproductive health effects reported from the spray, it is important to realize that a large team of "experts" working on this project do not mistakenly douse people with chemicals. This is done on purpose, with a purpose.

Does it make sense to douse over two million people with literally hundreds of billions of microscopic balls of volatile chemicals over an extended period of time to try to limit the mating habits of a few thousand moths? Is it legal to do this? Is it ethical? Is it moral? Yet rather than halting the spray plans to investigate the damage it has done to many people, the spray plans continue to grow exponentially.

To see this insanity clearly, let's examine the moth population. In San Francisco County, 3,501 moths total have been trapped and killed over an eight month period. The entire city of San Francisco, whose population is 744,041, is in the proposed spray boundaries. About 744,000 people are to be exposed to 'never tested safe for humans, microencapsulated pheromones' for several years. This is really a needle in the haystack approach to pest control. Keep in mind, each moth found is a moth that has been trapped and exterminated (6). In Alameda County, 431 months have been found in the past 8 months out of 2,327 traps. The moth population in Alameda County is thus sparse at best. Just look out your window. Imagine how many insects are in the tree, the yard, or the local park. I have seen more than 431 ants crawl into my kitchen on a rainy day. So in a giant area of 141 square miles, and the tens or hundreds of millions of insects in that zone, to try to eradicate a few hundred moths by just spraying chemicals everywhere is both ludicrous and unsafe.

When I learned that Santa Cruz, my previous hometown was to be aerially sprayed, I was in a state of shock. This was followed by a long period of disbelief.

Apparently the CDFA or the USDA, or both, decided that the previous chemical formulas used, Checkmate LBAM-F and Checkmate OLR-F were not good enough, which really points to the fact that the past two aerial sprays in Monterey, and the one in Santa Cruz County, were a waste of time and money. Not to mention the tragedy of the many severe health reactions experienced by thousands of people from chemical exposure. It doesn't matter to those in charge at the CDFA, EPA, or USDA, if a new chemical is needed to be used, because the goal is not to stop the moth, the moth cannot be stopped, it can only be controlled. This is known. The goal may be to coat people with a toxic mesh of disease causing microcapsules.

The chemicals that were sprayed, and that are planned on being sprayed, have not undergone thorough safety evaluations. And they won't undergo such evaluations in a legitimate way, because if they did, they would prove only one thing - that these chemicals are potentially deadly.

The chemicals planned to be sprayed will no doubt be similar to the ones used in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties in 2007. They are a plastic encapsulated microtechnology, a microscopic plastic dust. The reported microcapsule size of the aerial mating disrupter is as small as 10 microns and averages 25-35 microns in size for an undeployed moth spray. For comparison, a human hair is approximately 70 microns in thickness. The size of these chemical containing plastic balls comes suspiciously close to micro-sized particles that are used to evade the body's defensive systems for biological weapons, those are reported to be 3-4 microns in size. Miniature particles between 2.5-10 microns in size, especially from pesticides, are known to cause both short term and long term health effects, including decreased overall life span.

A University of California at Davis report confirmed that some unsprayed and undegraded microcapsules are indeed 10 microns in size. The small particle size explains the severe reactions, that I, along with countless others have had when being exposed to minute dosages of the chemical. Minute dosages of chemicals designed for moth's, advertised as harmless, do not accidentally make people sick. In other words, the people who designed these chemicals and manufactured them had to have an intimate understanding of what each chemical does, and how they react with each other. So, too, should the EPA have this understanding. It is not unreasonable to assume that a chemical designed to stop moths, that is being sprayed on humans, would have such drastic health effects, but it does. The only conclusion is that this is intentional in the design. Imagine someone designing a "safe" car. If this "safe" car had no brakes, then nobody would assume that the car accidentally had no brakes. Likewise, chemicals designed for moths, in minuscule doses, cannot accidentally harm people. It is more than just chance.

Again, nobody in the public as of yet knows how small the degraded microcapsules are, or how this will effect people in the short and long term, because no such testing exists. Once sprayed, these microscopic balls can easily enter deep into the mouth, eyes, skin and lungs. Even after 90 days and several rains, some people in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties are still experiencing symptoms of spray poisoning. When they leave the counties, their symptoms many times abate. This aerial program is a real sword through the heart of democracy and decency. The government has really gone too far and it must be stopped now.

I must inform you that through a freedom of information request, a local newspaper has learned that the CDFA has hired media spin doctor extraordinaire Porter Novelli at the tune of almost $500,000 tax payer dollars to convince the public that it is okay for the state to dump chemicals all over them, their gardens, their pets, and their neighbors. The state of California is in a budget crisis, and this is one example that explains why. Here the state is using tax payer dollars to lie to and mislead the public, to try to convince the public that the state should be spending millions of dollars of resources on polluting the air, sea, and land with chemicals that the public in general does not want or need. Since a majority of spray funding is coming from the federal arm, know that your tax paying dollars are going to a government sponsored large scale crime.

Originally, the USDA announced that the moth might cause $100 million in crop damage if allowed to multiply. Then they keep expanding their figures to create false reasons to justify this unethical chemical assault. The most recent estimate of LBAM damage is $160 million to $640 million just in California. Mind you this moth has a hard time finding its way into crop fields and seems for some very bizarre reason to live only in cities. The estimate of this level of crop damage is absurd. The figures used to estimate the damage came from one particular year in Australia and have little meaning in California, as the climate is different. Even if this $160 million crop loss did come true, one has to consider that $90 million has now been ear marked to contain the moth, primarily the funds are for aerial spraying chemicals on cities which contain people, and not crops like apples, oranges and grapes. One expert estimates that if the CDFA stays on this track, by the time the aerial treatment is complete after five years, close to $500 million will be spent on aerial eradication. With little to no impact on the apple moth population.

The pheromone being used, (E)-11-Tetradecen-l-y Acetate is identical to pheromone's which many native moths and perhaps other species also contain. So this spray will effect other non-target species. The pheromone only represents between 10-20% of the ingredients of the aerial spray.

Now, organizations like the Breast Cancer Fund, Center For Environmental Health, Calpirg, and the Sierra Club are issuing statements opposed to aerial spraying.

What to Expect Next

The CDFA, USDA, and EPA will do anything and everything to convince, lie, cajole and get people to agree with the plan to spray chemicals. The facts of this situation are irrelevant to those in charge because the goal is to spray people, not to operate under the laws of this constitutional government of checks and balances. They are going to go to meetings, pretend it is safe, have doctors testify it is safe, pretend to listen to the public, ignore any health complaints, and try to lull people into complacency on the matter. They have even gone as far as promising an environmental review, which will contain a giant pile of documents again to try to prove that it is okay to spray people with chemicals. The CDFA will continue to find more moth finds, and create more fake evidence of how much harm the moth will do. They will get more money from Mr. Bush's pesticide funds and continue to enlarge their aerial spray program. Strangely the moth will continue to spread, finding its way into other cities, and in the coming years, cities like Los Angeles and San Diego will be targeted.

Knowing that the government is actively lying, hiding evidence, manipulating the public, and that they are spraying chemicals illegally on people should be enough evidence to convict these felons under Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) laws.

Despite these reports which include 330 official illness claims filed with the CDFA, the CDFA states the following lies on their website, “Pheromones are extremely safe” and “Public safety is the primary concern.” The statement that pheromones are safe is a misleading distorted truth. Sure, pheromones can be safe when used responsibly, for example a benign moth sticky trap in an apple orchard (away from people) that contains pheromones to attract the moths. But when you create a microscopic biodegradable ball of volatile chemicals, and then place within it a synthetic moth pheromone, which itself is described as an explosive chemical, you have more of a drug which can interact and create changes within the human body, than a pesticide. Furthermore, no thorough investigation has been done of these 330 official illness complaints, and some of these people have not yet recovered. And a further investigation won't be done, because a legitimate investigation would find that the spray made people sick, and thus, the aerial spray program would be halted.

One must realize that any documentation regarding the safety of pheromones reported is from non-aerial applications, such as a moth sticky trap that is scented with pheromones and stuck on a tree, or a pheromone laced twist tie applied to apple orchards or vineyards. These safety assertions also do not relate to the aerial method of application. A sticky trap laced with pheromones is a different entity than a microscopic ball that can easily enter the body and then biodegrade and release chemicals within the body. Part of the less dangerous aspect to pheromone laced traps is the fact that the pheromone is so volatile that it rapidly evaporates, so the chemical won't travel too far. The microcapsules are the opposite, they are designed to stick around in the air for months. They are infinitely more dangerous than sticky traps, and you cannot really compare them. It's like saying that a tank is the same as a motorcycle because they are both vehicles. Microcapsulated pheromones are a different beast than pheremone laced moth traps.

The newly designed chemicals, which are scheduled for June and August deployment will not have their ingredients disclosed to the public. We do not even know what this stuff is? How can the government say the chemicals are safe, and then hide the ingredients from scrutiny? If these chemicals are so safe why not tell us honestly what they are? Clearly the intention of the CDFA, USDA, and EPA, is to cover up the real nature of this biochemical assault. They are trying to hide what they do from the public’s eye. They do not want you to know the truth. The truth is people get sick. Not everybody gets sick from the moth spray, but many people do. Its effects can be strong and violent. The truth is, the US Government is a vehicle being used to poison us.

The CDFA reports that they want their newest moth weapon deployed this summer, to be even longer lasting, which to me means that the microcapsules will be even more dangerous, possibly indefinitely sticking in the environment, and irritating people’s sensitive ducts and glands; much like allergies from pollen. In each aerial application, spray planes are contracted through Dynamic Aviation (www.dynamicaviation.com/home.htm) , which has other specialties beyond aerial application of pesticides. They also do “Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance.” The spraying is conducted at a height of between 500-800 feet and residents in the sprayed area report feeling like they are in a war zone. Once in contact with residential neighborhoods, parks, and playgrounds, the balls slowly disintegrate over time. The hope is that during this time, they release pheromones and limit the moth's mating patterns. Again, this is a whimsical hope because no legitimate studies exist proving this new technology is effective at either releasing pheromones, or at stopping the moth's mating habits.

Typically a drug takes many years for the Food and Drug Administration to approve for safety for humans. Under an emergency declaration, the EPA can exclude new chemicals from rigorous testing. The catch to this exception is that these laws were designed for agricultural emergencies and are being violently misused because they are planning on spraying large urban populations and not agricultural zones. These laws cannot lawfully apply to cities. Among other things, we have legal control and authority of our bodies, and our properties. We can say "No" to the spray, and if necessary, defend ourselves from this highly toxic assault. The EPA and USDA have flagrantly crossed legal and ethical boundaries by applying laws designed for agricultural fields to densely inhabited city centers.

Further, consider that the testing of these chemicals is not done to make sure that it is safe for humans, as the safety is merely an untested assumption. As an example, it took several months after the first aerial spray of Monterey County for the CDFA to pay the University of California Davis to see if the Checkmate formula was toxic to certain very small ocean insects. It took several months for this first test of the Checkmate formula to be conducted. This test only happened after the chemical was sprayed on well over two hundred thousand people. The testing being conducted in New Zealand is not to ensure safety for humans, but to see if the mating habits of the moths are disrupted. This spraying is illegally approved by the EPA because Congress passed legislation to legally prevent the EPA from conducting human experiments. “EPA's rules make it clear that all pregnant women, all nursing women, and all children are excluded from all studies involving intentional exposure that are intended for submission under the pesticide laws.” (www.epa.gov/oppfead1/guidance/human-test.htm) If the EPA cannot test pesticides on pregnant women, nursing women, and children, then under what jurisdiction and authority can they simply endorse and approve the exposure of pregnant women, nursing women and children with untested pesticides?

How many more children do we need to see poisoned by these indefensible government actions until we wake up and say, enough! How many more of our friends, relatives and neighbors do we need to see develop chronic health conditions due to exposure to aerially sprayed chemicals until we take effective action to stop this insanity? How much longer are we going to allow the government that is created for the people, to represent the people, to break its own laws and poison its own people and then disregard any reported health concerns?

I call for the arrest and trial of the appropriate employees in the CDFA, EPA, and USDA, for conspiring to poison people of the State of California, for lying and deceiving the public, and for polluting our environment.

Here's How I Suggest You Take Action:

* Share this information with your friends and neighbors.

* Ask your California representative to support the following bills -

1) AB 2765, (Huffman) sets new limits on the emergency powers of the Department of Agriculture.

2) AB 2763 would enact the Invasive Pest Planning Act of 2008, by Assemblymember John Laird.

3) AB 2764 (Hancock) will prohibit the Secretary of Food and Agriculture from approving the
application of a pesticide in an urban area, unless the Governor has proclaimed a state of
emergency.

4) AB 2760 (Leno) would require the completion of an EIR before any pesticide could be applied in
an urban area.

Also, State Senator Carole Migden plans to file for a moratorium on aerial spraying.

* Don't be fooled when the CDFA says that the “pheromone” is safe. I have been poisoned myself by these microcapsules, and so has my family, it is a terrible feeling. Ask for test results to show it is safe for humans, you'll see they have none.

* Demand accountability. Ask your local California representative why they are continuing to allow the state to spray chemicals on people, even though the state has laws, like the state constitutional right to personal safety, and legislative laws such as the California Environmental Quality Act, meant to prevent such actions. Your state representative can amend or modify the LBAM law that went into affect that gave the CDFA the unanimous green light to eradicate the apple moth. Surely your representative does not support aerial spraying? Each county has to have their local agricultural commissioner or someone to that effect to sign a permit to allow the state to spray. Stop these people from signing the permit!

* State and Federal representatives can also design an independent committee to come up with non-biased recommendations. The CDFA created such a working group, but they strangely seem to believe that aerial spraying people to stop moths from mating is a good idea.

* Gather your local city council members' support. Use local resources to conduct research, and file lawsuits against the state.

* Ideally the city attorneys and mayors should file legal suits against CDFA, the EPA and the USDA for polluting the air and water, for violating State and Federal laws, and for planning to create large scale poisoning.

* Contact your US Senate and House Representatives, and ask them to stop or at least investigate federal funding from the USDA for the aerial spray program. Federal officials can also declassify this tiny moth from a class A pest. Ask them to strengthen protections so that populations cannot be aerially sprayed unless there is a grave and immediate danger to public health.

* Additional Note: If the aerial spray does occur, take samples. Put a turkey baster-sized aluminum tray in your back yard. Put the tray out on the night prior to the aerial spray, and another on the night of the aerial spray. Seal each tray well. Each city should organize its own tests of the chemicals, including tests for biological agents, contaminants, radioactive substances, and a microscope analysis to see how big the microcapsules are, and to see if the microcapsules contain miniature microcapsules. Analysis ideally should also include a detailed chemical profile of the substance sprayed, since the government won't tell us what it is.

Finally, the way I see it, it is a crime to poison children and our fellow people who live in California. Just because the people who are polluting and poisoning the air with chemicals work for the government, should not make them immune to criminal liability and prosecution. Unfortunately, no city officials, yet, have the decency and standards to attack this matter for what it is, a crime. Crimes require criminal investigations, and criminal charges.

People can be alarmed, and if cities take equitable action, we do not need to be afraid. For example, we pay taxes so we can have a fire and police department to protect ourselves from crimes. Why not use the police force to protect residents from government sponsored crimes? Many of the actions of the CDFA fall under the category of illegal activities. The police force are the people on the local level, given the right and authority to protect people from crimes.

The media creates a false fear about some hypothetical terrorist releasing chemical weapons in the United States. Meanwhile, the US government is doing something very similar, releasing potentially deadly chemicals on its population, for no good reason.

I pray for grace for everyone, so that people in the proposed spray zones remain safe from harm, and that those who are inspired to take action to stop this be inspired to act effectively, with humility, strength and compassion.

Take Action

In Santa Cruz and Monterey, local residents have started the California Alliance to Stop the Spray (CASS). This alliance is developing evidence and documentation to stop the aerial spraying for the Light Brown Apple Moth. Just because this alliance is formed, does not mean the moth spray will be stopped. Each area needs to form their own groups, and work together to defeat the real pest, State and Federal governments who are performing illegal operations.

As a final addendum, many people have written to me about mosquito fogging, about chemtrails, and about large scale chemical sprayings which occur in the United States unmonitored in more rural areas. While my article does not address these concerns, those concerns are valid. The government cannot ethically, legally, or morally expose, or allow for the exposure of people needlessly to chemicals. There are volumes of evidence about how chemicals in our food, water and air can cause short and long term health effects. Your concern about chemical exposure is vital. Listen to it!
