Although the birth of an ocean is an extremely rare phenomenon on the largest of historical scales, the geophysics is currently experiencing such an event. Even more dazzling, this occurs in one of the Earth's most inhospitable and arid regions, the Afar Depression in Ethiopia.

The African continent is literally unstitching itself apart just like the sleeve of an old shirt, along the area known as the East African Rift, which traverses it beginning with the southern end of the Red Sea, going through Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Mozambique. The molten lava beneath the Earth's surface makes it thin by constantly pushing against it, and eventually breaks it and tears it apart. As the forces that drive the lava from the sinews of the crust don't encounter much resistance anymore, they keep applying unbelievable pressures, widening the gaps. This will all end about ten million years from today, when the Red Sea's water, that will soon flood the rift, will have completely submerged the region.

This scenario is not far from happening, as currently the surface of the continental crust under the Afar Depression is just 20 km (about 12.5 miles)-thick, half its original thickness. There are many portions of the regional landscape situated more than 100 meters (328 feet) below the sea level, and the only thing that keeps the sea water from invading them is the low eastern hills. Such closeness to the planet's boiling blood shape shifted the zone into one of seismic, volcano and hydrothermal activity, a true Eldorado for scientists who have the means to overcome its obstacles. The temperatures in Afar reach 48 degrees Celsius (118 degrees Fahrenheit) during summer days, while there is way too little and too scarce rain to quench the thirst of the land. And, besides the geological issues, the war between Ethiopia and its neighbor, Eritrea, also comes as a deterring factor for any person who would be interested in scientific observations.

The geologists who are involved, though, foresee that the crust will continue to stretch, thin and sink for about another million years, culminating with a massive flood by the Red Sea waters, which in the end will cause the Afar Depression to lay at the bottom of a new ocean. Obviously, none of us will still be alive in order to prove them right or wrong.

For now, the landscape of Afar doesn't look anything like an ocean, instead, it rather appears similar to a hellish design ripped from a video game. Vegetation cannot survive due to the lava beneath, the heat stifles most other life forms, while toxic fumes emanate from strange formations. Thankfully, the salty remains of past Red Sea deluges allow Afar's nomad tribes to make a living out of exportations.


In February of 2008, Earth Changes Media made headlines providing evidence of a connection between a Solar and Lunar Eclipse and catastrophic events. We displayed well documented evidence showing large earth changing events did occur within a 14 day window prior to, and 14 days immediately following an Eclipse.

Will a similar scenario occur as the result of the coming Full 'Solar' Eclipse?

Let's take a look at history and the scientific evidence of "cycles". Below I will list the dates of 'full lunar eclipse' from 2001 to 2011.

Although earthquakes are certainly at the top of all emergency managements list, volcanoes are not far behind. I am most concerned with recent volcanic events in Northern and Central America which may be progress to full eruptions.

2001 Dec 14: Annular Solar Eclipse

January 25 2001 - (India) A magnitude 7.6 earthquake shook the Indian Province of Gujarat. It was one of the two most deadly earthquakes to strike India in its recorded history. The death toll was 19,727, number of injured at 166,000, over 600,000 people were left homeless, with 348,000 houses destroyed and an additional 844,000 damaged.

2003 May 31: Annular Solar Eclipse

May 2 2003 - (Turkey) At least 176 people have died and 521 people were injured after a magnitude 6.4 earthquake that shook the eastern Turkey's Bingol province. Several public buildings collapsed in the centre of Bingol city and its vicinity. The last official report concerning the consequences of the earthquake in the city indicates about 570 buildings were collapsed and about 6000 others were damaged.

May 21 2003 - (Algiers) A strong earthquake measuring 6.8 magnitude struck the coastal region east of Algiers and the Tell Atlas mountains of Algeria. 2,251 people died, another 1,200 missing, 10,243 were injured and 200,000 made homeless.

May 26 2003 - (Japan) A 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit northern Japan, however, there were no casualties and very few people were injured due to the depth (about 44 miles underground) of the epicenter of the earthquake.

2003 Nov 23: Total Solar Eclipse

Nov 17 2003 - (Alaska) A 7.8 earthquake hits Aleutian Islands, Alaska; tsunami warning issued.

2004 Apr 19: Partial Solar Eclipse

April 2004 - (United States) Yellowstone Super Volcano experienced over 400 quakes within three days. This type of increase in earthquake activity is called a "swarm". Parts of the caldera were closed to the public with areas of surface temperatures reaching over 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Some reports were telling of the sole of on-lookers shoes were melting just prior to the area's closing.

2004 Oct 14: Partial Solar Eclipse

October 23 2004 - (Japan) A series of powerful earthquakes the strongest with a magnitude of 6.7 jolted northern Japan, killing at least 30 people and injuring more than 2000 people largely as the result of building collapse. The strongest earthquakes occurred during a period of several hours with the main epicenter located near Yamakoshi village, Niigata Prefecture. Thousands of landslides were triggered by the earthquakes and aftershocks with much associated damage to roads, agricultural fields, and residential.

2007 Mar 19 Partial Solar Eclipse

March 3 2007 - (Sumatra) Two strong earthquakes shook the west coast of the Indonesian island of Sumatra on Tuesday, killing at least 70 people, 460 serious injuries have been reported, spread across many towns and regencies in West Sumatra. Over 43,000 houses were damaged, with over 12,000 of those severely damaged.

2007 Sept 11 Partial Solar Eclipse

August 15 2007 - (Peru) Large 8.0 earthquake hits Peru. Over 514 died, with 1,090 injured, and around 40,035 families rendered homeless. A further 30,542 families have been affected.

September 12, 2007 Sumatra, Indonesia - 8.5 Quake 25 Killed

2008 Feb 07 Annular Solar Eclipse

February 12th 2008 - (United States) A "swarm" of over 100 earthquakes hit Baja California, Mexico. Swarms also began off the Oregon Coast, Northern Calif., and Alaska. They are still occurring with no sign of letting up.

2009 Jan 26 Annular Solar Eclipse

December 27th 2008 - Montserrat Volcano Hurls Lava, Rocks, Ash - A volcano on the tiny Caribbean island of Montserrat has resumed its rumbling and hurled rocks and lava toward the abandoned capital. The observatory said Friday that the Soufriere Hills volcano spewed ash 10,000 feet (3,048 meters) into the air on Christmas Eve.

January 14th 2009 - Swarm of Earthquake Activity Over For Now at Yellowstone National Park. This sequence of more than 500 seismic events was most intense on December 27, 2008. The sequence included sixteen events of magnitude 3 to 3.9 and approximately 70 of magnitude 2 to 3 (as of Sunday afternoon, Jan. 4, 2009).

February 10th 2009 - Earthquake 'Swarm' Hits North of San Francisco - Just north of San Francisco, an area called 'The Geysers' which is not unfamiliar to earthquake swarms. However, a recent escalation in magnitude has invited a heightened concern. A 3.7 magnitude quake occurred on Feb. 20th which is a triggering signal for seismologist to take note and monitor more closely.

As the world financial and economic crisis comes into its own, the Western community leaders are seeking to impress on mankind the idea that this upheaval will end up ‘turning the world into something different’.

Even though the picture of the 'new world order’ remains vague and fuzzy, the main idea is quite clear: A single global government, goes the argument, has to be established if we don’t want general chaos to prevail.

Every now and again, Western politicians mention the need for a ‘new world order’, a ‘new world financial architecture’, or some kind of ‘supranational control’, calling it a ‘New Deal’ for the world. Russian Intelligence reports are stating today that Israel's incoming right-wing Nationalist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has 'ordered' President Obama to release disgraced Wall Street investor Bernard Madoff or 'risk full and total war'.

Not being reported in the United States about its worst ever case of financial fraud involving former Mossad agent Bernard Madoff is that the billions in funds collected from the wealthiest American-Israelis were used to finance Israel's Global intelligence network reported to have been responsible for numerous attacks against its perceived enemies, including the catastrophic attacks upon America on September 11, 2001.

According to these reports, Madoff was the chief financier for a vast Israeli spy and sabotage network set up by former Israeli Security Agency (Shin Bet) director Jacob Perry (Yaakov Peri) who 'transformed' himself into one of America's most powerful businessman and led what FSB sources call the ñìåðòîíîñíàÿ øàòèÿ 7 [English translation roughly means "Murderous/Fatal Gang of 7"] which references the leaders of this American-Israeli cabal who besides Madoff and Perry include:

Henry Taub, Hungarian born American-Israeli who created the giant United States payroll company ADP which continues to funnel to Israeli intelligence services financial records for nearly every US citizen.

Maurice Greenberg, American-Israeli who was the former chairman and CEO of American International Group (AIG), the World's 18th largest public company and its largest insurance and financial services corporation which has (so far) funneled over $180 billion in US taxpayer money directly to Israel.

Larry Silverstein, the American-Israeli billionaire who secured a lease for the World Trade Center buildings in New York on July 24, 2001, insured them for $3.55 billion spread among 24 different insurance companies, and after their destruction 2 months later on 9/11 collected $4.55 billion for Israel.

Mort Zuckerman, Canadian born American-Israeli billionaire who through his vast publishing empire has direct control over 70 percent of the news reported in the United States.

Edouard de Rothschild, French born American-Israeli member of the all powerful European Rothschild Banking Empire and director of the Rothschild & Cie Banque reported by the FSB to hold nearly 80% of the wealth stolen by Israel from the United States Government and its citizens.

These reports further state that Madoff was 'convicted' in a 'one of a kind' designed trial in which his guilty plea kept all evidence against Israel's betrayal of the United States from being entered into official American records as it was deemed by the Obama administration as 'too incendiary' for the American people to know about and would, most certainly, unleash an Israeli backlash many Russian Military Analysts state would leave 'many US cities in ruin'.

Bringing Israel's threat directly to President Obama, these reports continue, was Israeli Defenses Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Gabi Ashkenazi, who threatened the Americans that "an Israeli military strike was a "serious" option", and which would ignite a Total Global War in which the very survival of the United States would be in the balance.

President Obama, however, appears 'more than willing' to confront the Israelis, especially after being informed of the full extent of Israel's involvement in the 9/11 attacks and the other attacks planned by the Israeli assassination and sabotage teams sent into the United States posing as Israeli 'art students', and of which the Washington Post News Service reported on in the immediate aftermath of the attacks before going permanently silent:

"In addition to the 1000-plus Middle Easterners of the Muslim persuasion swept up in Ashcroft's post-9/11 dragnet, it seems, some 60 Israelis were in custody. And these were no ordinary tourists: INS officials testified in immigration court hearings that this group was "of special interest to the government" – the same argument used to justify the detention of Arabs in connection with the investigation into 9/11."

It is interesting to note too that during the past week, top American investigative journalist Seymour Hersh reported that former US Vice President, Richard (Dick) Cheney, headed a CIA assassination ring that these FSB reports state was specifically created to hunt down and kill 'all Israeli agents' found in the United States itself, or abroad.

These reports also state that President Obama in fighting back against the Israelis is fast finding that his first battles are those involving Israel's stranglehold on his own government and Congressional leaders, and who just two weeks ago threw out the White House's effort to name all lobbyists and their moneyed connection to US political, economic and military power centers.

President Obama suffered a further defeat with the withdrawal of Charles Freeman, whom he had picked to head the National Intelligence Council, but who in withdrawing slammed the Israel "lobby" strangling the United States by stating:

"The libels on me and their easily traceable email trails show conclusively that there is a powerful lobby determined to prevent any view other than its own from being aired, still less to factor in American understanding of trends and events in the Middle East. The tactics of the Israel Lobby plumb the depths of dishonor and indecency and include character assassination, selective misquotation, the willful distortion of the record, the fabrication of falsehoods, and an utter disregard for the truth. The aim of this Lobby is control of the policy process through the exercise of a veto over the appointment of people who dispute the wisdom of its views, the substitution of political correctness for analysis, and the exclusion of any and all options for decision by Americans and our government other than those that it favors."

It is important at this point to note too how Mr. Freeman's charges against Israel's powerful lobby in the United States agree with those of the distinguished American professors John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt, and who in their critically acclaimed book titled The Israel Lobby stated:

"Besides, the Lobby's campaign to quash debate about Israel is unhealthy for democracy. Silencing sceptics by organising blacklists and boycotts – or by suggesting that critics are anti-semites – violates the principle of open debate on which democracy depends. The inability of Congress to conduct a genuine debate on these important issues paralyses the entire process of democratic deliberation. Israel's backers should be free to make their case and to challenge those who disagree with them, but efforts to stifle debate by intimidation must be roundly condemned."

To the current threats being made by Israel against the United States it is also important to note, these reports continue, that what the Jewish state wants for their now imprisoned agent Madoff is exactly what the Americans did for the leader of the former vast energy giant Enron, Kenneth Lay, and who prior to being convicted for what at that time amounted to the biggest corporate fraud in American history, but who was 'rescued' by the CIA who were the actual 'founders' of Enron and used its billions in fraudulent gains to support the vast Bush-Clinton drug empire, by falsifying his death and giving him a new identity.

To the final outcome of these events it is not in our knowing, other than to point out our present times most obvious historical comparison when during the late 1920's American and European Zionist banking interests deliberately collapsed the World's economy leading to the outbreak of Total Global War in 1939. It goes without saying, of course, that the Western World today is 'not allowed' to know the full and horrible truth about what is truly happening now, even though it has never been a great secret.

Perhaps this sad fact would be different if these Westerners were to remember the words of the great British Prime Minister and war leader Winston Churchill written in 1920 about what our World is once again facing....and be warned:

It has been the mainspring of every subversive movement during the Nineteenth Century; and now at last this band of extraordinary personalities from the underworld of the great cities of Europe and America have gripped the Russian people by the hair of their heads and have become practically the undisputed masters of that enormous empire.

There is no need to exaggerate the part played in the creation of Bolshevism and in the actual bringing about of the Russian Revolution, by these international and for the most part atheistical Jews. It is certainly a very great one; it probably outweighs all others. With the notable exception of Lenin, the majority of the leading figures are Jews."


Kremlin reports on the extraordinary meeting held today between President Medvedev and former United States Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger (under Nixon), James Baker (under Bush Sr.), Charles Shultz (under Regan), former United States Defense Secretary William Perry (under Clinton), and former US Senator and top defense expert Sam Nunn, are stating that the Americans are acknowledging for the first time their acceptance of a New Global Order in which they seek to partner with natural resource rich Russia and the oil rich Nations of the Middle East in order to ensure their survival into the 21st Century.

Leading the United States to the shocking conclusion that their very survival is at risk has been the evaporation of 45 percent of the World's wealth which has caused a rapid plunge in Global manufacturing leading to a 49 percent collapse in US trade exports which the International Monetary Fund is reported has caused the World's economy to shrink for the first time in 60 years and has lead Canada's Central Bank chief David Dodge to state the World is "facing a long and deep recession that will fundamentally alter the nature of capitalism".

Though Prime Minister Putin has warned that "resorting to a printing press would be unwise and extremely dangerous", the already bankrupt United States, whose staggering debt is four times higher than their entire National income, has allowed its Federal Reserve Bank Chairman Ben "Throw Money Out of Helicopters" Bernanke to 'create out of thin air' a further $1.2 Trillion to stabilize the American economy, but which in turn has led to the collapse of the US Dollar leading the United Nations to recommend next week that the World "ditch the dollar as its reserve currency in favor of a shared basket of currencies".

Russian economists further state in these reports that the United States has been left with 'no other option' than to force the massive devaluation of the US Dollar in order to 'shake lose' from banks and private investors the hundreds of billions they are currently hoarding and is being blamed for collapsing a United States where consumer spending accounts for two-thirds of its economy and which without money to borrow, or borrowers to loan to, is fast approaching the abyss.

With the devaluation of the US dollar, however, massive inflation will ensue causing the value of these currently hoarded hundreds of billions of US Dollars to plummet and forcing them to be spent before they become totally worthless, a policy which China, the largest Global holder of US debt, has voiced increasing concerns about and have cut back on their purchases of American debt even as desperation hits their own factories as orders plunge.

These top American Officials have also assured President Medvedev that new laws being written by the Obama administration will 'completely' reform the American financial system by fully integrating it into a single Global Economy due to be enacted during the coming G-20 summit in London.

When President Medvedev voiced his concerns to the Americans over his belief that the US Congress would not allow such a radical new set of laws to pass, these reports continue, Kissinger stated that the American people were being 'primed' to overwhelm their lawmakers into swiftly enacting 'in its entirety' the Obama administrations new banking and financial laws by the outrageous behavior of those collapsed financial giants that includes: 1.) The insurance giant AIG which after receiving over $300 billion in US taxpayer money paid out nearly $200 million in bonuses; 2.) The collapsed stock selling giant Merrill Lynch which after receiving $20 billion in US taxpayer money paid out $3.6 billion in bonuses; and 3.) The collapsed US banking giant Citigroup who after receiving $45 billion in US taxpayer money announced a $10 million redecoration of their executive office suites.

News from the United States today further confirm Kissinger's assertions to President Medvedev as US Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner has now admitted that he had ordered US Senator Christopher Dodd to include the executive pay provision into the stimulus bill which was, in fact, a loophole allowing these controversial bonuses to be paid out.

To such machinations being utilized by their supposed 'leaders' against them in order to pave the road from a once sovereign United States to this New World Order these Americans remain nearly clueless, but when pressed by President Medvedev on the plans to ensure that civil society on the North American continent doesn't break down Kissinger reportedly replied, "By September we'll have confiscated all privately owned guns so it really doesn't matter what we do, we'll still be in charge".

Russian Intelligence reports state that gun ownership statistics in the United States vary widely, but is estimated to be that nearly 50 percent of US households have nearly 270 million guns, none of which these Americans seem now ready to part with without a fight.

But, new reports coming from the United States show that they are fast adopting the tactics used by the German Nazis to disarm their society prior to the installation of fascist rule and martial law by first rendering all private guns useless by eliminating and restricting the ammunition they use. And from new reports coming from the United States we can see that this 'plan' is already being instituted with ammunition shortages being reported in Idaho, Georgia, and Louisiana, and a new law just introduced in California which would:

1. Stop the private transfer between individuals of more than 50 rounds of ammunition.

2. License and tax anyone selling handgun ammunition commercially and force these stores to get background checks on anyone selling ammunition.

3. Get a thumbprint from anyone buying handgun ammunition.

4. Ban all ammunition sales that don't take place face-to- face, in other words, ban mail-order sales.

Even more chilling for American gun owners was the Obama administrations order to the US Military on March 12 which stated: "Effective immediately DOD Surplus, LLC, will be implementing new requirements for mutilation of fired shell casings. The new DRMS requirement calls for DOD Surplus personnel to witness the mutilation of the property and sign the Certificate of Destruction," which would have crippled the US ammunition industry, who are the largest purchasers of used military ammunition brass, but after found out about by US Senators was quickly withdrawn.

To the reasons feared by the leadership class in the United States of their citizens retaining the right to firearms we can read:

"As the growing world-wide economic crisis deepens, military forces from Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom are preparing to meet angry citizens on the street. The economic crisis - and the public outrage it is causing - is at the forefront of intelligence agencies and military forces in the western world.

Prominent trends forecaster Gerald Celente has been sounding the alarm for years, warning that riots and tax revolts are coming to America. The Pentagon, U. K. Ministry of Defense, and Canadian military apparently agree. In November of 2008 the United States Army War College released the report Known Unknowns: Unconventional "Strategic Shocks" in Defense Strategy Development. The report identifies economic collapse as a reason for the defense establishment to conduct domestic operations. The report states,

"Widespread civil violence inside the United States would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security. Deliberate employment of weapons of mass destruction or other catastrophic capabilities, unforeseen economic collapse, loss of functioning political and legal order, purposeful domestic resistance or insurgency..."

The CIA and MI5 are both watching the economic situation for signs of unrest and political instability. As the Washington Post reports, the CIA has added an economic situation report to its threat assessment for the White House. A further sign that the United States government is anticipating widespread unrest comes with the domestic stationing of the 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 3rd Infantry Division. The Army Times reports,

"They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack."

Canadian military forces have been given a nearly identical domestic mission in a synchronized move with the United States. Canada's National Post reports that,

"The Canadian military has embarked on a wide-ranging plan to turn its reserve soldiers into focused units trained and equipped to respond to a nightmarish array of domestic threats, including terrorist "dirty bomb" attacks, biological agent containment, Arctic catastrophes and natural disasters."

Reports from the United States are also revealing that for the first time since their Civil War, active duty US Army Troops were put into the streets of Alabama after the killing spree of a crazed gunman, but which the US Army is now reporting it is 'investigating' because it doesn't know who deployed them.

To whom the leadership elite in America are actually planning on protecting themselves from we can further read:

"A new document meant to help Missouri law enforcement agencies identify militia members or domestic terrorists has drawn criticism for some of the warning signs mentioned.

The Feb. 20 report called "The Modern Militia Movement" mentions such red flags as political bumper stickers for third-party candidates, such as U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, who ran for president last year; talk of conspiracy theories, such as the plan for a superhighway linking Canada to Mexico; and possession of subversive literature."
As to what these dangerous American terrorists can expect once they are in the custody of their US intelligence services?

"The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) concluded in 2007 that US methods to extract information from prisoners at secret CIA jails as part of the "war on terror" amounted to torture."

Even worse for these dissident Americans are the chilling revelations from top investigative news journalist Seymour Hersh:

"After 9/11, I haven't written about this yet, but the Central Intelligence Agency was very deeply involved in domestic activities against people they thought to be enemies of the state. Without any legal authority for it. They haven't been called on it yet. That does happen."

So today, as the United States 'watch list' for domestic and International terrorists has hit 1 million names, in a country that already has more prisoners than any other Nation in the World, or our entire Earths' history for that matter, and as sales of weapons and ammunition are still hitting record highs in America since President Obama's election, it would appear more than likely that the assertions of US officials to Russia that they remain in control of their country is highly doubtful…and needing just one single 'spark' to plunge it into full scale civil war.

And whose to say that hasn't been their 'plan' all along?


Amid lingering talks of war on Iran, Israel's prime minister-designate raises the alarm about a major military conflict in the coming months.

The soon-to-be prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu believes that "a national emergency" such as Israel's involvement in a major war would help him in his frantic attempts to form a new ruling coalition.

Following the inconclusive February 20 elections, Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu, the hawkish leader of Likud, was tasked with piecing together a new Israeli government.

Netanyahu, who is known as "Mr. Iran" in Israeli circles, has so far failed to gain the trust and support of opposition parties of Kadima and Labor.

According to a report carried by Debka, which is believed to have close links to the Israeli intelligence service Mossad, Bibi is planning to settle for a provisional administration before calling for another early election in six months.

"His main consideration is that Israel expects to be embroiled in a major military confrontation in the next few months with Iran, Hamas or Hezbollah -- or all three at once," read the Debka report.

"A national emergency" would then compel Israeli rivals to join Bibi's government, unnamed political sources were quoted as saying.

The military conflict prediction by the Israeli prime minister-designate comes as earlier on February 16, an annual defense work plan presented to Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak and IDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Gabi Ashkenazi for the year 2009 described Iran as "the No.1 threat the IDF is now preparing for."

The report tasked the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) with reinforcing its strategic aerial capabilities, while zooming in on the development of "remote-piloted vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles", as well as "infrastructural investments in intelligence and communications devices."

Israel, believed to be the only possessor of a nuclear arsenal in the Middle East, describes Iran's nuclear activities as a threat to its existence.

Israeli officials claim that considering the pace at which Iran is moving ahead with its nuclear program it would become a nuclear power by the end of 2009 and argue that a military attack is a legitimate option for taking out the country's nuclear infrastructure.

As a response to long-standing Israeli war rhetoric, Iran has moved to upgrade its defenses and has reportedly opted to clinch a deal with Russia to acquire a sophisticated air defense system -- the S-300.

Earlier on Tuesday, however, a report revealed that Moscow might take a step and shelve the delivery of the controversial air defense system to Iran as Russia is currently seeking to turn a "new page" in its ties with the US.

"Such a possibility is not excluded. The question [of S-300 delivery] must be decided at a political level, especially as the contract was worked out on a purely commercial basis," Russia's Interfax news agency quoted an unnamed source as saying.

The freeze in the delivery of the Russian S-300 surface-to-air missile is expected to help ensure the success of an Israeli airstrike on Iranian nuclear sites.

Western military experts have estimated that the controversial system would rule out the possibility of any such strike on Iranian facilities.

"If Tehran obtained the S-300, it would be a game-changer in military thinking for tackling Iran," says long-time Pentagon advisor Dan Goure.


As Israeli talks of war on Iran gain momentum, Israel's military Chief of Staff says the army must prepare for a military aggression.

In a meeting with top US diplomats on Monday, Lt. Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi said Israel could not live with a nuclear Iran and that an Israeli military strike was a "serious" option in retarding the country's progress.

Ashkenazi -- whose request to meet with President Barack Obama and his American counterpart Admiral Mike Mullen was turned down -- made the remarks in a meeting with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her designated US envoy to the Persian Gulf, Dennis Ross.

The Israeli general and the American hosts discussed the Iranian issue shortly after reports revealed that the Israeli Prime Minister-designate Benjamin Netanyahu plans a "major military confrontation" in the next few months.

Israel, believed by many to be the sole possessor of a nuclear arsenal in the Middle East, says Iran and its nuclear program pose an "existential threat" to Tel Aviv.

Under the claim, Israeli officials in the military and the government regularly threaten to launch aerial strikes against Iranian nuclear infrastructure.

Tehran is a signatory to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and, according to the UN nuclear watchdog, has not opted to violate the treaty.

Iran says the only objective of its program is to make use of the civilian applications of the nuclear technology. The US, Israel and their European allies - Britain, France and Germany --, accuse the country of having military intentions in its pursuit.

Ashkenazi added that any final decision on Iran would be made by the government. He, however, said that he had been tasked with drawing up contingency plans since a military operation was a 'concrete possibility'.


Russia suggests the G20 summit in London in April should start establishing a system of managing the process of globalization and consider the possibility of creating a supra-national reserve currency or a "super-reserve currency." The Russian Federation's proposals for ways out of the ongoing financial and economic crisis and for a post-crisis order of the world financial system have been published on the Kremlin's website. The proposals have been dispatched to the leadership of the G20 countries, the CIS and international organizations.

"The current global economic crisis points to the need for discarding standard approaches and requires the adoption of collective decisions, agreed at the international level and geared to creating a system of globalization process management," the document says. Russia suggests "acting with the maximum resolution in order to restore sustainable economic development and also confidence and stability in the financial markets."

The Russian side believes the summit should seek and achieve accord on the main parameters of a new world financial system. It suggests calling an international conference that would produce the basic parameters of a world financial architecture and adopt international conventions regarding a new financial world order.

Russia believes that the "obsolete mono-polar structure of the world economy should give way to a system based on cooperation by several major centers."

In the sphere of control and supervision Russia suggests drafting and adopting an international agreement setting global standards of control and supervision in the financial sector – a Standard Universal Regulatory Framework (SURF).

Russia calls for reforming the international currency and financial system with the aim to strengthen its stability and control. In that connection the Russian side suggests discussing the possibility of expanding the list of currencies to be used as reserve ones, on the basis of the adoption of agreed measures to stimulate the development of major regional financial centers, and also "the creation of a supra-national reserve currency that will be issued by international financial institutions."

"It looks expedient to reconsider the role of the IMF in that process and also to determine the possibility and need for taking measures that would allow for the SDRs (Special Drawing Rights) to become a super-reserve currency recognized by the world community," the document says.

Also, Russia in the medium and long-term is for a revision of the role and mandate of the IMF in order to adjust both to a new structure of the world currency and financial system, whose modification is to be completed as a result of the current crisis.

For the purpose of overcoming the current crisis it will be necessary to considerably increase the resources of the IMF.

"The decisions we shall make at the London summit must be not only adequate to the current situation, but also meet the requirements of a new, post-crisis world," the document says.


China and other emerging nations back Russia's call for a discussion on how to replace the dollar as the world's primary reserve currency, a senior Russian government source said on Thursday. Russia has proposed the creation of a new reserve currency, to be issued by international financial institutions, among other measures in the text of its proposals to the April G20 summit published last Monday.

Calls for a rethink of the dollar's status as world's sole benchmark currency come amid concerns about its long-term value as the U.S. Federal Reserve moved to pump more than a trillion dollars of new cash into the ailing economy late Wednesday.

Russia met representatives of China, India and Brazil ahead of the G20 finance ministers meeting last week, as the big emerging powers seek to up their influence on decisionmaking globally. Their first ever joint communique did not mention a new currency but the source said the issue was discussed.

"They (China) did not formally put forward their position for the G20 summit but unofficially they had distributed their paper regarding the same ideas (the need for the new currency)," the source told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity.

The source said the Chinese paper envisaged the International Monetary Fund's Special Drawing Rights (SDRs) being first assigned a role of a clearing currency on some transactions and then gradually becoming the main global reserve currency. "They said that the role of reserve currency should be given to SDR," the source said.

A U.N. panel of experts is also looking at using expanded SDRs, originally created by the International Monetary Fund in 1969, but now used mainly as an accounting unit within similar organisations as a new reserve currency instead of the dollar.

Currency specialist Avinash Persaud, a member of the U.N. panel, told a Reuters Funds Summit on Wednesday that the proposal was to create something like the old Ecu, or European currency unit, that was a hard-traded, weighted basket.

The SDR and the old Ecu are essentially combinations of currencies, weighted to a constituent's economic clout, which can be valued against other currencies and against those inside the basket.

The Russian source said Moscow was aware that the emergence of the new global currency would not happen overnight and said its goal was to initiate a discussion about it at the G20 summit in London on April 2.

The source said that India did not object to the discussion but was not prepared to take the lead. The source said South Korea and South Africa backed the idea, while developed nations were not "allergic" to it.

"We are not waiting for everyone to say: 'How beautifully it has all been formulated, let's subscribe to it'," the source said. "The main idea is to start a discussion about it."

Russia holds about half of its reserves, the world's third-largest, in dollars, with the rest in euros and pounds. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has called on reserve currency issuers to show more financial discipline.

Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin told reporters on the sidelines of the G20 finance ministers meeting that it would take up to 30 years to create a new super-currency, suggesting there was no unity in Russia on the issue.

President Dmitry Medvedev's top economic aide and G20 sherpa Arkady Dvorkovich is behind the Kremlin's G20 proposals, made public one day after Kudrin returned from England. (Reporting by Gleb Bryanski; editing by Mike Dolan/Patrick Graham)


The International Monetary Fund is poised to embark on what analysts have described as "global quantitative easing" by printing billions of dollars worth of a global "super-currency" in an unprecedented new effort to address the economic crisis.

Alistair Darling and senior figures in the US Treasury have been encouraging the Fund to issue hundreds of billions of dollars worth of so-called Special Drawing Rights in the coming months as part of its campaign to prevent the recession from turning into a global depression.

Should the move, which is up for discussion by the summit of G20 finance ministers this weekend, be adopted, it will represent a global equivalent of the Bank of England's plan to pump extra cash into the UK economy.

However, economists warned that the scheme could cause a major swell of inflation around the world as the newly-created money filters through the system. The idea has been suggested by a number of key figures, including billionaire investor George Soros and US Treasury adviser Ted Truman.

Simon Johnson, former chief economist at the IMF, said: "The principle behind it is that everyone would get bonus dollars and instead of the Federal Reserve having to print them, everyone gets them.

"The objective is to create a windfall of cash. However if everybody goes out and spends the money it could be very inflationary."


A volcanic eruption close to the South Pacific nation of Tonga has destroyed rich birdlife and vegetation, leaving a wasteland of black ash and tree stumps, witnesses said Friday.

Sightseers, officials and scientists who have taken boats to the site have described frequent explosions hurtling rocks and ash hundreds of metres into the air.

The volcano, on the small, uninhabited islet of Hunga Ha'apai 63 kilometres (39 miles) northwest of the Tongan capital Nuku'alofa, began erupting Monday, several days after a moderate earthquake.

It continued to spew Friday even as a major earthquake with a magnitude of 7.9 rocked Tonga's main island of Tongatapu.

The volcano is hundreds of kilometres from the epicentre of the earthquake, which caused no significant damage but sparked a regional tsunami warning.

Radio journalist George Lavaka, who visited the island with a sightseeing group Thursday, said the explosions were accompanied by a deep rumbling.

"The island itself is totally destroyed," Lavaka said, "there is no living thing left there, it's all covered in black ash.

"There are only black stumps where the coconut trees were," he added. "We saw dead birds and fish in the water."

Tonga's chief geologist Kelepi Mafi, who inspected the area Thursday, said the volcano has two vents, one on Hunga Ha'apai and another around 100 metres offshore.

The volume of the rock and ash coming from the vents has completely filled the gap between the offshore vent and Hunga Ha'apai, increasing the island's land mass by hundreds of square metres.

Tonga, which lies almost 2,000 kilometres northeast of New Zealand, lies on the so-called Pacific "Ring of Fire", where continental plates collide causing frequent volcanic and seismic activity.

Lavaka's boat managed to get out of harm's way when the explosive power of the eruptions suddenly surged.

"We were close to the island and there was huge explosion and the smoke was coming toward us, and people were yelling "start the boat, start the boat," he said.

"The smoke stopped about 30 metres short of the boat, we were a bit shaken actually."

Soon after the boat moved further away from the island, the area they had been in was enveloped in poisonous smoke.

A local airline was reportedly planning to fly sightseers near the eruption site Friday.

Mafi said the government was warning the curious to stay away.

"It's very interesting, but it's very risky also," he said, adding that -- given the strength of the explosions -- the eruption could continue until the end of the weekend.

The eruption is not expected to affect residents on Tongatapu.

Residents at Tongatapu's western end reported seeing the orange glow of the eruption Thursday night, with bright white sparks flying in the air.

Friday's quake, which struck shortly after dawn, was centred 210 kilometres south-southeast of Nuku'alofa, the US Geological Survey said.


Can animals display artistic talent? Based on a video posted online by SeaWorld in Orlando, Fla., the answer is yes.


The video, which was released March 11, shows SeaWorld dolphins issuing huge bubbles from their blowholes. The animals then use their heads and noses to break the bubble into smaller circles. Some even spin them into more complex shapes, like figure eights.

"It kind of looks like a little halo at first," said a SeaWorld worker who appears in the video.

SeaWorld employees said they aren't sure where the dolphins picked up the trick. But they do seem to be learning it from one another.

"It seems to be very entertaining for the dolphins. It's really interesting for us to watch," one worker said.

"Just when you think you've seen it all, or you've learned it all, something new comes up," another said.

[Editor's Note: This is an extremely timely and important essay. It overviews a secret Pentagon psychotronics technology known as Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) that has been fully operational since the early 1990s. I first found out about the use of this technology from Al Bielek in a 1992 video he made with Vladimir Terziski. This technology was used against battle-hardened Iraqi troops fortified in deep underground bunkers in Kuwait and Iraq in the first Gulf War in January of 1991.

The physical, emotional, and psychological effects of this technology were so severe that hundreds of thousands of Iraqi troops surrended en masse without firing even a single shot against U.S. led coalition forces. This technology is about to be used, albeit in a more subtle fashion, against American citizens in a highly classified and covert operation to mind control and manipulate the entire population into 'compliance' with our New World order overlords. The technology will utilize a combination of HAARP transmitters, GWEN towers, microwave cell phone towers, and the soon-to-be-mandatory High Definition DIGITAL TV that will enter your home via A) Cable, B) Satellite, C) HD TVs, or D) those oh-so-easy -to-obtain "Digital Converter boxes" that the government is so anxious to help you obtain and underwrite most of the cost on your behalf.

But why is the government so anxious to help American citizens experience a clearer and more highly defined television picture? Does that make sense to you? Since when is the government so concerned about the visual quality of our televised entertainment that congress would pass an undebated statutory proclamation which mandated that the HD conversion take place on Feb. 17, 2009 and and then subsidze about 90% of the associated cost? I'm only guessing, but if there are 200 million "regular" televisions in America to be converted into HD, then that $40 in government subsidy per TV x 200,000,000 = 8 billion dollars. Why is the government so anxious to spend $8 billion dollars on her citizens to improve the clarity of a TV picture? The second service that this author performs is to "out" two of our more deceptive alleged CIA/Pentagon 'assets' masquerading under the rubric of natural health advocates. Their names are Rima Laibow and her husband, former Major General Albert Stubblebine. If your e-mail Inbox has been filling with warnings and articles about the coming Codex regulations and the "wonderful" job that Rima and her retired Army husband have been doing to try and stem the tide, then you know who I'm talking about.

Folks, is it time to wake up yet? Or should we just resume our slumber and wait for them to take us away in those spiffy Gunderson prisoner train cars that Phil Schneider warned us about in 1995 (you know, the ones with the built in shackles and manacles)?

The year was 1961, and John Kennedy was soon to become the 35th President. Shortly before Kennedy's inauguration, President Dwight D. Eisenhower shocked the nation and the world with his televised farewell speech. The speech's content was shocking because General Eisenhower was a very popular war hero, and American military might was second to none. Eisenhower, a highly decorated five-star general, was the Supreme Commander of all Allied Forces during World War II. It was Eisenhower's leadership during the Normandy Invasion that ultimately freed Europe from the Nazi scourge. Incredibly, in his farewell address, this great American hero did not warn the nation of the budding communist threat or the horrors of nuclear proliferation. No, not at all! Instead, this career military genius poignantly and soberly declared to this great nation:

"... we have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions. Added to this, three and a half million men and women are directly engaged in the defense establishment. We annually spend on military security more than the net income of all United States corporations.

"This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. The total influence --- economic, political, even spiritual --- is felt in every city, every state house, every office of the federal government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to recognize its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.

"In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the militaryindustrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or our democratic processes"

Here we have a career military officer, and sitting U.S. President warning the nation in his final farewell speech, that something called "unwarranted influence by the military-industrial complex" poses an extremely dangerous threat to our Free Republic society. According to Eisenhower, this threat"exists and will persist".

To President Eisenhower, in January of 1961, this evil was a much greater threat to America than Castro's Cuba or Kruschev's Soviet Union. What exactly could have happened in the "military-industrialist" establishment that would have caused Eisenhower to issue such a strongly worded warning? Improved machine gun production? Nope. Battleship production? Nope. Nuclear submarines? Nope. Proliferation of Nuclear warheads? A concern of course, but a concern that most Americans were fully aware of.

No, obviously what caused Eisenhower such deep concern had to be something much more pervasively shadowy, dark and secret. Some new, covert, technology had clearly emerged that had the very real potential to provide certain individuals with the "acquisition of unwarranted influence" that in turn would "endanger our liberties or our democratic processes" (i.e. our free and fair election process). In other words, it had the clear potential to circumvent the voice of the people and completely empower un-elected power mongers.

Eisenhower, I would submit, was warning America about something called the "Sound of Silence". Eisenhower was an honest and patriotic American. Like Marine Corp General Smedley Butler, who decades earlier declared to Congress that "War is a Racket" --- Ike knew that such absolute power and total covert control over the minds and hearts of individual citizens would corrupt society absolutely. He also knew and understood, as did the German philosopher Goethe:

"No man is more hopelessly enslaved, than he who falsely believes that he is FREE."

Therefore, he issued his strong, concluding warning to America. Today, this author must do no less.

The Sound of Silence is a military-intelligence code word for certain psychotronic weapons of mass mind-control tested in the mid 1950's, perfected during the 70's, and used extensively by the "modern" U.S. military in the early 90's, despite the opposition and warnings issued by men such as Dwight David Eisenhower. This mind-altering covert weapon is based on something called subliminal carrier technology, or the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), (also nicknamed S-Quad or "Squad" in military jargon.) It was developed for military use by Dr. Oliver Lowery of Norcross, Georgia, and is described in US Patent #5,159,703

"Silent Subliminal Presentation System" for commercial use in 1992. The patent abstract reads:

"A silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low (ELF) or very high audio-frequency (VHF) range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum are amplitude – or frequency- modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement in to the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones, or piezoelectric transducers. The modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic, or optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener."

In layman's terms, this device, this "Sound of Silence"simply allows for the unwarranted implantation of specific thoughts, emotions, and even prescribed physical actions into unsuspecting human beings.

In short, it has the very real ability to turn human beings into mere puppets in the hands of certain "controllers"or puppet-masters. Eisenhower knew full well what such a "weapon" could do in the hands of greedy, conspiring men and women scheming to control the planet. It could easily result in the takeover of American society without a single bullet being fired.

This is what he was warning America about, this is the "combination" he feared above all others. Have the leaders of America ignored Ike's warning? Have conspiring and evil men and women utilized this diabolical technology on unsuspecting Americans and others outside of our borders? If so, will they continue to utilize the technology through the medium of Television and Radio? This expose will attempt to answer these questions, and give the reader a clear picture of exactly who made the decisions to use the "Sound of Silence" in both war and peace.

On March 23, 1991, a news brief was released in the form of an ITV News Bureau Ltd (London) wire service bulletin entitled "High-Tech Psychological Warfare Arrives in the Middle East". This was during the administration of George Bush Sr., during "Operation Desert Storm" and describes in remarkable detail a US Psychological Operations (PsyOps) covert operation successfully deployed against Iraqi troops in Kuwait.

Saddam Hussein's vaunted "Republican Guard" crack troops were promising Bush "the Mother of all Battles" with many thousands of dead coalition troops. On paper, it looked convincing. Hussein's Republican Guard troops were battle-hardened veterans of the 10 year war with Iran, while coalition troops were unblooded. The Iraqis had modern weaponry and were well trained in how to use it. Something very strange happened, however. The "mother of all battles" ended before it began, as literally hundreds of thousands of Iraqi soldiers surrendered en masse without even firing a shot!

Here is what the British press reported on the incident –while the American press was censored:

"... an unbelievable and HIGHLY CLASSIFIED PsyOps program utilizing "Silent Sound" techniques was successfully deployed. The opportunity to use this method occurred when Saddam Hussein's military command-and-control system was destroyed. The Iraqi troops were then forced to use commercial FM radio stations to carry encoded commands, which were broadcast on the 100 MHz frequency. The US Psy-Ops team set up its own portable FM transmitter, utilizing the same frequency, in the deserted city of Al Khafji. This US transmitter overpowered the local Iraqi station. Along with patriotic and religious music, PsyOps transmitted "vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information".

"Subliminally, a much more powerful technology was at work, however. A sophisticated electronic system designed to ‘speak' directly to the mind of the listener; to alter and entrain his brainwaves, to manipulate his brain's electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns and thus artificially implant negative emotional states ---- feelings of intense fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness were created in the Iraqi troops. This incredibly effective subliminal system doesn't just tell a person to feel an emotion, it makes them feel it; it implants that EMOTION in their minds."

While utilizing such a "non-lethal" covert psy-ops weapon resulted in many lives being saved, both American, Coalition, as well as Iraqi, the question begs to be asked: how can Americans be assured that such a weapon is not being used on them by "Big Brother" on a daily basis?

Moreover, why was the REAL STORY behind the mass Iraqi surrenders censored so completely from the American people? Typically, secrecy of this nature is only employed when the subject is morally offensive, or when the powers that be wish to continue to deploy the subject without public scrutiny or oversight, or both. Clearly, if such a device employed covertly on Americans could result in "unwarranted influence" over a society, as Eisenhower warned, I submit the majority of Americans would be completely outraged and incensed, and rightfully so. Therefore, of course the technology would need to remain hidden away.

Officially, the Sound of Silence (S-quad) technology does not exist, just as the US Government officially denies the existence of UFOs and Area 51, (Groom Lake) in the Nevada desert. However, the physical realities cannot be ignored by the rational and logical mind. For instance, during the first Gulf war, the man who most likely ordered the deployment of the Sound of Silence was Major General Albert (Bert) Stubblebine, who was the Commanding General of the U.S. Army's INTELLIGENCE SCHOOL AND CENTER, as well as the Army's Electronic Research and Development Command (ERADCOM) as well as the Army's Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

In short, Albert Stubblebine was the Army's liaison with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Naval Intelligence operatives (ONI) – and as head of ERADCOM, he would of necessity have had complete working knowledge of the Sound of Silence weaponry, if indeed it truly exists. He was the U.S. Army's top spy-boss, and of course, was privy to all its secrets. Now retired from active duty following a 32 year career, General Stubblebine has combined with his wife, Rima Laibow to form something called the Natural Solutions Foundation, supposedly dedicated to fighting all HEALTH FREEDOM THREATS to individuals including Codex Alimentarias, Vaccinations, and of course the FDA Gestapo. On their website, http://www.healthfreedomusa.org one can read this about Albert N. Stubblebine:

"Many of the innovations he developed helped the U.S. to conduct the First Gulf War effectively and swiftly with a very low casualty rate."

But of course, such "innovations" are never fully disclosed to Americans and are officially non-existent. With all due respect to General Stubblebine and shadowy power-brokers such as Frank Carlucci and Donald Rumsfeld, this author concurs whole-heartedly with General Eisenhower and I declare that such posturing and secrecy with weapons of mind-control constitutes indeed an "acquisition of unwarranted power and influence" and has absolutely no place in a free and open society- no matter how many soldier's lives it may save on the battlefield. The potential for massive misuse and abuse of such immense controlling power is simply too great.

Furthermore, with all due respect Mr. Stubblebine, is he and Rima Laibow using the cover of Natural Health activistism to hide their true agenda? Could this hidden agenda be the covert promotion and testing of Sound of Silence equipment and technology commercially throughout the world?

It would seem quite logical that since covert "Black Project" mindcontrol operations was indeed his highest area of expertise while in the military, would it not be logical to assume that he would continue to engage in such work in his "retirement" years? Iwould submit such activity would be immensely more potentially PROFITABLE than soliciting donations while hawking organic veggies and supplements over the internet.

Is it not highly unusual for a career military man with such deep ties to CIA Black Ops to suddenly become a highly vocal natural health guru, especially considering that he had zero prior experience or hands-on training in the field?

According to his Natural Solutions website,

"He [Stubblebine] has taken this set of experiences [psy-ops work] and become involved in leading-edge medical research and development in collaboration with his wife Rima E. Laibow, M.D."

Yet, oddly, nowhere on the NSF website is any of this "leading-edge" R & D technology discussed, even in the most generic terms. Instead, it is primarily aimed at soliciting tax-deductible donations. This alone should raise immediate red flags.

Furthermore, according to public documents available in Virginia, General Albert Stubblebine separated from his former wife Geraldine on Independence Day, (July 4) 1991 while he was at the height of his power and successful Psy-Ops venture in Kuwait against the Iraqi Army. The Stubblebines were formally divorced on September 9, 1994, whereby the divorce court granted Geraldine a decree on the "grounds of dultery"with a "female psychiatrist friend", in all likelihood, his current wife Rima Laibow. Court documents show that Geraldine was chronically ill at the time of her divorce, suffering from "cancer and other ailments"and needed financial support from General Stubblebine to continue with her ALLOPATHIC treatments.

Nowhere is it mentioned in the divorce proceedings that any NATURAL treatments were being employed or had even been considered. Immediately after "retiring" from the army, General Stubblebine took a position as the "VP for Intelligence Systems" with Braddock, Dunn, and McDonald (BDM), a major defense contractor owned by the shadowy Carlyle Group and ex-Defense Secretary Frank Carlucci of Iran-Contra infamy.

According to author Dan Briody in his book The Iron Triangle: Inside the Secret World of the Carlyle Group,

"BDM's major business was in an area called Black Projects which are kept secret because to publicize them would compromise national security. Lawmakers often complain about Black Projects, citing that many contracts are thusly classified, not because of national security concerns, but rather to avoid the required congressional review." (Ibid, pg. 35)

It is clear that BDM was very deeply involved in highly questionable dealings during this time frame. According to Dan Briody:

"On Christmas Eve, 1994, the New York Times reported that Frank Carlucci had again been involved in a clandestine arms deal, this time with the Soviets. With Carlucci as chairman, BDM, now a Carlyle portfolio company, had brokered a deal between the Pentagon and the former Soviet Republic of Belarus to secretly purchase an S-300, the Soviet's version of the Patriot missile defense system the United States had used so effectively during the Gulf War. ... For the deal, BDM used the infamous Canadian arms dealer Emmanuel Weigensberg, the same man that brokered the Iran-Contra arms shipments for the Reagan White House." (Ibid, pg 38-39)

Since the Sound of Silence machine technology was patented for "privatization" commercial applications by Dr. Lowery on October 27, 1992 , it clearly opened the door to private defense contractors such as BDM to develop their own "Intelligence Systems".

It would then make sense to employ General Stubblebine as a consultant. Of course, what would then stop BDM from quietly marketing and selling the Sound of Silence to large corporations tied to Wall Street? For example, imagine utilizing the Sound of Silence in a large Wal-Mart store, mixing the ELF waves with background music to subliminally brainwash dishonest shoppers NOT to engage in shoplifting? Such a device would save Sam Walton many millions of dollars in lost revenue every year.

Suppose also that a young, black man from Illinois was given access to, and was able to utilize the S-quad Sound of Silence technology in his public speeches, radio and 30-minute television"infomercials" -- all programmed and designed by "handlers" to illicit strong emotional responses from audience members who then are merely "hearing without listening".

Moreover, what if televisions across the U.S. and Canada all went 100% DIGITAL [E.g. the mandatory HD conversion to take place in Feb. 2009] in their signals (which must happen in order to successfully link to pre-positioned, interconnected GWEN (Ground-Wave Emergency Network) Towers) which of course would allow the unrestricted use of the Sound of Silence frequencies in a complete and massive control of the nation's mind and consciousness?

I am telling you that is EXACTLY what is happening. President Eisenhower was absolutely correct, and his worst fears were indeed well founded!

The military-industrialist complex has quietly completed the takeover of the nation's consciousness, and thus its very soul. All without firing a shot! What about Stubbebine and his side-kick Laibow? What could they actually be doing in their world travels disguised as natural food activists?

Keep in mind that taking complete fascist control of America is just one step of the Zionist elites ultimate agenda, of which Stubblebine and Laibow have very likely pledged their true loyalty. The elitist Zionists overall objective is indeed absolute world control, something they refer to as a "New World Order"with them as dictators and over-lords. Again, the absolute SECRECY surrounding the development and deployment of the electromagnetic mind-altering technology of the Sound of Silence in a very real way reflects the tremendous power that is inherent in it. This is why Eisenhower knew that he HAD to warn the nation about it back in 1961. To put it bluntly, whoever controls this technology literally has the power to control the minds of men – all men and women everywhere.

Of course, whoever controls the minds of all humans, controls the wealth and destiny of planet earth. Furthermore, Stubblebine, as commander of Army Intelligence would likely follow the prescribed manual of all covert ops --- such as is found in a de-classified U.S. manual for the planned subversion and coup of the government of Nicaragua. The manual instructs the CIA "guerilla forces" to engage in different "false front" organizations designedto win the respect, trust, and influence of the enemy. Once complete trust and confidence is achieved by means of the activities of the "false front", then the destruction of the enemy by means of misdirection and dis-information tactics can more easily be executed.

I would submit there is no better "false front" to infiltrate in America than Natural Health proponents, for they are typically healthier, better informed, and more dedicated to preserving individual freedoms and fighting tyranny than other Americans. Thus, there could be no better "false front" to establish, and there is clearly no more potentially vicious wolf hiding in sheep's clothing than the man who knows more about the Sound of Silence secret deployment than any other human –one General Albert (Bert) Stubblebine and his Jewish psychiatrist wife, Rima Laibow.

There is ample evidence that certain elitists in America and Israel plan to definitely extend the capacity of this technology to encompass all people on every continent. A key to this is the HAARP project where ELF and VHF frequencies can indeed be beamed off of the earth's ionosphere to various GWEN towers world-wide. Of course, the U.S. Government officially denies all of this, telling the talking heads of the controlled news media that the GWEN towers are merely private cell-phone towers with no ulterior agenda, and therefore anybody who thinks otherwise is a lunatic-fringe conspiracy nut.

The evidence to the contrary, however is clear and unequivocal.

Dr. Michael Persinger is a professor of psychology and neuroscience at Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada. Concerning this subject, Dr. Persinger writes:

"Temporal lobe stimulation can evoke the feeling of a presence, disorientation, and perceptual irregularities. It can activate images stored in the subject's memory, including nightmares and monsters that are normally suppressed. Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into an intrinsic, brain-specific code. Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be affected by a sub-harmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0.1 Hz."

Dr Persinger concludes the article by writing:

"Within the last two decades a potential has emerged which was improbable, but which is now feasible. This potential is the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately 6.5 billion brains of the human species, without mediation through classical sensory modalities, by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed.

"The historical emergence of such possibilities, which have ranged from gunpowder to atomic fission, have resulted in major changes in the social evolution that occurred inordinately quickly after the implementation. Reduction of the risk of the inappropriate application of these technologies requires the continued and open discussion of their realistic feasibility and implications within the scientific and public domain."

How can one have an "open discussion" on the subject when government circles continually deny the existence of such technology?
